"Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair"

We all know the story of Rapunzel-beautiful girl is locked in a tower by a witch, a prince saves her, visiting her by climbing her hair, witch finds out, cuts off her hair, lures prince into a trap, he falls out of the tower and goes blind on thorns, they reunite, her tears heal his eyes, yadda yadda yadda.
but what people dont know is that the witch found Rapunzel after her escape. out of spite, the witch cursed her. now Rapunzel has her long, beautiful hair again, but now it possess an incredible ability-to devour anyone near her. this, of course spelled foom for her prince, and she used her hair to eat the witch up as well. but what Rapunzel didnt know was that she had been cursed to an immortal life-she cannot die, and thus must always deal with the pain from her loss, and the only way to reverse the spell died with that wicked witch.
so now, hundreds of years later, here she is, as young and beautiful as ever. but she is still a bit bitter-frustrate her, and you will undoubtably meet your end in her golden locks. she moved her tower with the strength of her hair to the Park, a place where eating people wasnt as bad, and spends most of her time there-ask her to drop her hair to you, see what happens
Abilities:
Hair: grows and shrinks at will, though will never be short enough to no longer be touching the ground
Hair Vore: thats all she can do right now-cocoon her prey and digest them within her hair.
Tears: possess healing powers
Song: she has a beautiful voice-it was her singing that helped the prince find her originally, and it helped him find her without his sight. when she sings, nearly everyone who hears it has an incredible urge to find the source of the sound.
Cursed Life: Rapunzel cannot die-if eaten, she will reform in her tower near the flower that her name comes from (rapunzel). she will have all the pain but none of the memories.
