She's the one who gets things done, really. After all, Chen's unreliable(if adorable) and Yukari SLEEPS all day. Honestly! It's like neither of them CARE!
They do, of course, but mostly about serious stuff, rather than the dishes. Who could care about the dishes, anyway? They're not important. But it still needs to be done, as do all the errands, and the cooking, and the cleaning, and... well. Ran does most of it, is the point. And, you know? It's a good thing she does, because otherwise, who KNOWS what would happen!?
Time off? Ran gets time off? ... probably not, really, but she's got her hobbies, to be sure. Whether or not her rumored interest in cosplay exists remains to be seen, but she sure does seem to like Chen, as well as a number of other Gensokyans. Maybe she just needs to let her kitsune nature get some play....
