She also has extreme control over her system in almost every way, being able to completely shut off her digestion and control all of her inner muscles. Its given her the ability to stretch her orifices to ridiculous proportions.
However, the stone didn't give her super natural strength of any kind... she still only has the strength of a small adult women. This unfortunately leaves her just as vulnerable to being eaten as any other girl of her size. Fortunately she is bound to the stone though, meaning that any time her body is destroyed she wakes up some time later, completely naked, next to it, which is still in the forest outside near the house she grew up in.
