Quiver is an type of angel that specialised is using bow and arrow.Ranked high among that group.
Yes she does occasionally shoot an arrow in someones ass to make then fall in love.
She is mainly meant to defend heaven or whatever more of a soldier then cupid i suppose ..
Although when it comes to angels she doesn't rank very high in fact a lot of angels you see here are ranked much higher then her.
But she is at least ranked higher then a rookie so she isn't not ranked that low per say.
So Rookie will have to listen to her but Quiver does need to listen to higher ranking angels
As for whyyy she has that very low rank well.. That would tie in why she does not have a halo despite being an angel.
She held a high rank once but got for one reason or another got demoted and her halo got stripped away from her.
When she gets back to that rank she likely will be able to get her halo back. It motivates her to work harder.
To eventually and hopefully gain her halo back on her cute lil head<3
If you wondering how well she can use that bow.. Well she is a very consistent and accurate archer.
She doesn't have a lot of power behind her but makes it up for it in speed and turning enemies into a hedgehog.
And just like her arrows she is a quite sharp Mainly because she enjoys reading books. Romance novels to be exact.
However her rank is a bit of a sensitive issue for her and will get upset if you bring it up.
As for her private life she watches romantic movies or reads novels even more graphic ones in her spare time when off work.
Katawa Shoujo being one of her more favorite novels and Twilight being her least favorite she read so far.
Though this gives her a stigma off being a pervert. Another reason why she is ranked lower then other angels.
