project blue was a military case where they spliced the genes of all kinds of different animals some from earth and a few not so much..
------------------story----
it was a rather dark night but still clear and starry high above the forest military base. one of the scientist working there spotted something shooting quickly through the air heading straight for the forest "what the hell" he gasped as the meteorite crashed. the next day a group went out to find the rock, they found a round and smooth rock about the size of a grapefruit and it was glowing a pale blue. they took it back and the lab got to work finding out what it was when the rock cracked. a small blue creature crawled out but seemed to weak to live and died a few hours after hatching. they took samples of its blood,skin,and fur and got to work find out that it was incredibly stretchable,stronger than steel, and capable of rapid healing and it could produce glowing blood cells. they started to clone it and splice it DNA from animals from earth without changing its real look. it could now breath air and live on the earth without dieing. the scientist named him Varo and they quickly became attacked to him. they taught him how to run and play and even hut but once he got big he started to become dangerous even starting to attack people. when the military went to destroy him all they found was a huge hole sliced in the wall and a scrap of blue fur. now he lives in the forest around the park hunting and learning.

cell glow- his blood cells are a glowing blue and he can control where they show making patterns outside and inside his body
stretchable- he can eat things much larger than himself (i prefer smaller or same sized prey though)
hiss- he lets out a loud hiss strong enough to brake glass
speed- he is very fast and agile
7 senses- he can see in heat and sense energy/aura
energy absorb- he can drain energy from machines and stuff
