This is Procella, the pokemon version of a harpy. She will swoop down and steal food, women, or men. She doesn 't always eat them, she almost always lets them go, or keeps them in her nest. She absolutely loves the touch of humans, but she can settle for any other species.
Even though she doesn't really eat everyone. She has yet to find a mate. She could settle for a human, or another species but she desires a pokemon mate, as to bear young for herself.
