Jack
"Come on Jack! Let's go on an adventure to the candy forest!" the
princess calls waving after her best friend, and brother. "But, Sam...the candy forest has...m-m-monsters!" Jack stutters his legs shaking, "oh be a man...your the prince...not the princess...that's my job" she says turning back to Jack, "um...y-yeah! Yeah your right I must be more like a brave prince!" he cries stomping his foot, Samantha turns away and walks into the dark forest. "This isn't made of candy!"Jack cries out unhappily, Samantha rolls her eyes but pretends to be interested "yeah...sad isn't it..." she says faking unhappiness. A rustling in the bush makes the two stop, Jack whimpers, "Sam..." he says his legs shaking, a
huge black bear lumbers into the clearing, it sniff the air and looks at Jack and growls.Samantha looks at the bear and her eyes flicker red, she looks at the bear, she walks slowly towards the beast. The bear growls and Samantha is suddenly right beside it. The bear snaps near Sam's head. Sam growls like an animal, and grabs the bear's head, she grins with unnatural sharp teeth and twists, the bears head with a wet snap then she drops the bear's limp body. Jack looks in shock "S-Sam?" he asks looking at his 'sister'. Sam glances at Jack and grins wider, she puts her hand on a tree making it crumble. Jack whimpers and backs away, he trips and tumbles into a crater behind the bush, filled with burned leaves and black feathers, he rubs his head, "ow..." Sam walks to the side of the crater her black wings unfolding, Jack gasps "Sam! You're a-" he never finishes Sam puts her hand in front of her and black fire shoots from it encasing her brother and burning him to death...killing him..."one more soul on my wings" Sam mutters her wings growing darker. Sam grins and her wings fold back as she walks calmly back to the castle smiling happily....
Sara
Sam walks back to the bridge then starts sobbing, her sister Sara rushes out hiking up her skirt as she runs. "Oh my! Sam what happened?" Sara cried out grabbing her sister's arm. "I-it was awful! Jack and I went to the so called candy forest to e if it were made of real candy...it wasn't...all of a sudden a bear bit into Jack's neck and..." Sam began to sob harder, Sara gently guided her sobbing sister inside the castle and into her room, sitting down under her canopy bed. "That's terrible!" Sara says patting her sister's back gently, Sam rolled her eyes behind her hands, "i-its okay Sara..." she said sniffling then she looked at her sister, "say...weren't we going to try on our new dresses?" Sam asked her eyes brightening. Sara looked at her, Sam
never wanted to wear a dress, though she did reply to her "um...yes...why?" she asked wondering if her sister was feeling well. Sam just beamed "because I just wanted to spend time with my favorite sister...and what she says to do, I'll do it." she said happily watching her sister's face light up in excitement, "oh great! I'll get changed first but I may need some help tying me" she said walking behind the screen. Sam grabbed a pillow and put it to her face groaning heavily,
calm down...it'll be over soon...just pull it together... she told herself as Sara emerged in a frilly pink dress, "why is your face in the pillow?" she asked looking at her sister. Sam just looked up and smiled sweetly "because I wanted to see you and it be a surprise to myself" she replied happily. Sara shrugged and turned her back to her sister, "can you tie these?" she asked pointing to four strings. Sam stood up, "of course..." she said sweetly and tied one of them, when she got to the other she pulled it together a little to tight. Sara's ribs creaked under the pressure and she coughed "okay Samantha that's a bit to tight..." she said weakly. Sam laughed "oh...oops...sorry" she went to the other and pulled it tighter then the second. There was a dull snap as one of Sara's ribs cracked. She gasped "Sam! What are you trying to do!?" Sara demanded panting heavily. Sam laughed again...this time a cold laugh, "oh please. Just shut up" she said grabbing the last string and pulling it together, she grinned as she heard the crack of Sara's ribs, and the thud of her body as it slumped to the floor. Sam smiled as her sister struggled for air. Sam walked over to a spool of ribbon a cut a long strip. She walked back over to Sara and tied it carefully around her neck. Sara began to weep, tears hitting the floor beneath her. Sam grinned wider and unfolded her wings dragging her sister over to the closet and lifting the ribbon with her on it an tying it onto the pole depriving her of air. Sara struggled for air but found her arms wouldn't respond, she slowly slipped away...her body hanging. Sam simply smiled as her wings grew another shade of black and she walked out and into her own room. Laying down on her bed...napping.
