(Disclaimer: The player has not undertaken active military service. Everything I know is from stories or movies or etc. I apologize for any inaccuracies re: how military life actually works.)

(That said, RL militaries don't typically have squads whose job is to literally get eaten, so I feel like I'm okay to make a few things up at least.)

In a vore-centric world, one unforseen problem is how do you adequately provision an armed force in enemy territory?

Packing just prepared meat would work, but when your wolves are used to chowing down on whole bunnies back home then morale will fall quickly when they're gnawing on dried out bunny jerky in the trenches. And the idea of eating the enemy is more romantic than practical... taking that many PoW's each and every day is difficult at best and dangerous at worst.

The only remaining option, then, is for your hungry predators-at-arms to make meals of their fellow soldiers when they get hungry. And to discourage the sort of infighting and dominance contests that this would otherwise cause, there should be some soldiers who are predesignated by the officers as walking meat for the rest.

And thus: the 86th Dinner Squadron, whose job is literally to be food for their comrades.

This is an open-ended character/scenario, exploring what it'd be like in a vorish military. It's intended to be more lighthearted than it is grim/serious, and involve some joking around (ex: the 86th's duty roster also doubles as the mess hall menu. "Aw man, I'm getting deployed into the stew again.")

It's based on an idea I had that, as I sit here writing this, I had just a couple of minutes ago. It's not entirely fleshed out yet. I'm hoping you can help me with that :D

Here's some scene ideas I've got, to start things off with:

* The 86th is stationed on an aircraft carrier or submarine or other long-voyaging vessel, and gets to know the predators whose bellies they'll be filling for the next several months

* Boot camp! Training the fresh little preythings on what it means to be a prey soldier. Are you main course material, or are we pushing you off to the side of the plate like mom's soggy broccoli, cadet! (Sir! Main course, sir!) I- Can't- Hear- You! (SIR! MAIN COURSE, SIR!) And don't you forget it!

* Emergency rations. An 86er makes a perilous journey behind enemy lines to feed himself to the other soldiers stranded there.

* Other military life scenarios.

* I typically don't play with nor as human characters, unless I already know you.
* Reforming is assumed, by default. Let me know if it's not in advance please.
* I tend to like taking my RP's onto Skype these days, so that I can RP on my phone or at work. If not, that's cool, but it's a lot easier to catch me that way.
