Defenders of justice can get hungry too. Heroes and Heroines deserve a good meal for their efforts. That might not sound heroic, at least they'll be gentler and more respectful than any villain would be about it.
And if you'd prefer domination over being swallowed, they can do that. After all, they know their fans and won't mind having some fun with them. Heck, take them on dates, give them a normal experience to ease their stress from being Heroes!
