Born to a wealthy Family, Caitlyn was subject to many of the crimes of the city of Piltover, her parents were rich because they worked for the Hextech engineering department. From a young age, however, Caitlyn had always wanted to do something to protect her city, and so, she started investigating everything from petty thieves to even more dangerous assignments.

Her parents objected to this thought as they felt their daughter shouldn't have to deal with this nonsense, but Caitlyn insisted, and her parents complied. Even developing a rifle for the future Sheriff of Piltover. During her years in service as peacekeeper of the City of Progress, she has confidently reduced crime rates by 90%.
