Pied_Piper

The Pied Piper. A mysterious and dark figure of unknown origin. Reports about him date back 100s of years, though it is unclear if its the same person, or if the name has been passed down through some kind of family. The only thing known for sure, is the power of his flute.

By playing different songs, The Piper can hypnotize and control anyone he wants. From one individual to everyone in ear shot, The Piper's reach is unknown, but far. Its is unknown what other powers he holds. No one has ever gotten past his music.

There are several accounts from people who have done business with The Piper. He mostly does Bard and Bounty Hunter jobs. The jobs and requests were different, but the basic meetings were the same. The Piper is friendly and professional in his dealings, and will uphold his side of the agreement. Indeed, clients of his have said that he always delivers on time and his prices are reasonable. However, you must never cross him, never cheat The Piper. For if you do not pay The Piper...Well, lets just say, there is a small village that once had a rat problem. The rats are gone...And so are all the children...
