Phoenix here, well... how do I say this? He's more or less the 'tell it like it is' kinda guy, not to mention, he won't put up with BS. Now as for eating others, he can, but he won't unless you either annoy him about it, if he wants to, or he doesn't even know he's ate you until he hears voices coming from his gut.
And trust me... he can be a bit of an ass about that. He's kinda like Shade_Vickers in a way!
