Old enough, and experienced enough, to make such labels as 'young lady' hilariously inaccurate. Hell, she'd have some college degrees if she could be bothered, based solely on equivalent experience!
Phan, here, is obviously not human. Somewhat less obviously, she is, in fact, a dragon. Well, half-dragon. Mom is a Dragon, Dad is a Tantric Mage. SOMEHOW, she was born. The math, here, is pretty damned easy.
She left home more than a century ago, mind you. She visits, from time to time, but she's been out and about, exploring, meeting people, learning and experiencing new things.... there's a LOT for a long-lived, hard to kill gal to do! She's played Bait, from time to time, to the dismay of various people without experience in her kind. She's spent a lot of time in ruins, and libraries, learning all kinds of things(even if she needs a ladder more often than she'd care to admit). She's even considered starting a family(on multiple occasions, before being reminded why not to). And now.... well, now she's looking for other things, and teasing pervs, to boot...
4'8, slender and petite, she LOOKS like a kid. She's NOT, but she looks it. And if you ever get to glimpse how perverse her mind truly is, well, you'll be shocked, I tell you. Shocked!
