Phaleg Ives, also known to many as Eve, is a human created by an alternate universe's God, created as the world's first woman, beside Adam (His story below), the two starting the human race together. As the first humans, the two were nearly immortal, having power beyond normal humans, as well as an unending natural lifespan. As the years went on, Adam and Phaleg grew farther from each other, and eventually went their separate ways. After this point, Phaleg decided to test out her limits, and began training her body to reach her absolute maximum potential. For thousands upon thousands of years, Phaleg trained, becoming the strongest human in the world.
Phaleg feels a strong compulsion to test her strength, as well as the strength of those she meets, challenging anyone she thinks might be fun to a fight, and taking particular interest in the strong ones, seeking to battle them more, using more of her strength each time, constantly seeking someone to use her full power against. Which is quite difficult, as she has tried to use her full power against someone, even having a field created that was supposedly strong enough for both her AND her opponent. But, after 5 minutes......
One full powered kick later, and the field exploded.
She can kick hard enough to send out shockwaves, the edges of which are powerful enough to slice through concrete. She can strike hard enough to cause the air around her to ignite, travel so fast that many call it teleporting, kick the air hard enough to fly at supersonic speeds, as well as catch blades with her bare hands, stop or dodge bullets, and cut through barriers that are supposed to shut everything within off from existence. All without once breaking a sweat. Her fighting style mostly revolves around kicking, using her insane speed to close in, ending the fight in one powerful strike.
Despite her power and constant opponent searching, however, Phaleg is a kind, gentle person, loving to the human race, and is always willing to help a downtrodden soul with a hug or some advice. If, after reading all of this, you think you'd like to spend some time with the strongest human, please, come say hi!
Note on Adam: After Adam and Eve went their separate ways, Adam began attempting to force humanity evolve, being the whispering voice in many leaders' ears, causing war after war, trying to make humanity evolve through conflict. Eve, however, had a different set of beliefs. She believed that humans did not need to grow or change what they were to become stronger, as her training had proved. Over tens of thousands of years, war after war, with Eve and Adam on opposing sides, it seemed Adam had finally secured a trump card in the form of "Ether" (Note below). Having absorbed Mother, Adam took her Ether, mixed with Profound Darkness and his own divine energy, granted to him upon his creation, and, began using it. Using this Ether, Adam began taking humans and forcing Ether into them, changing them, turning them into angel-like beings, stronger, faster, but with no will of their own. Using this, Adam began building an army of angels. However, this was not enough. Adam sought his return to what was, in his mind, his rightful place beside God. Gathering Ether and using a ritual, Adam offered his own body up, allowing God to take control of him, turning Adam into an avatar of God. Sensing Adam's intentions, the Phantom God began working to destroy the world, creating a large tree made out of Ether in the ocean, from there, planning to erase the Earth, along with the entire universe, and start over. However, God was thwarted by the protagonist and retreated, vowing to return if humanity should ever desire destruction again.
Note on Ether and Mother: Ether is an energy produced by an interdimensional being the Earth began to refer to as "Mother". Using this Ether, Mother had originally sought to use mankind to wreak revenge upon those who had cast her aside, leading to her absorbing a boy that had, in turn, absorbed some residual energy of Profound Darkness, a being that is, for all intents and purposes, a being of pure malice, created from people's desire for death. Once she was cleansed of Profound Darkness' influence, Mother found that she liked humans, wanting to protect the Earth, and using the Ether energy to allow humanity to develop and grow.
