Permilia is an island that has been occupied for centuries by a people never before seen until quite recently. Their rules are interesting and their day to day behaviors are unheard of in a typical society, yet they manage to grow and thrive throughout their dangerous behaviors.
The island is ruled by two individuals,
Honey_Bunnie and
Delilah_Baa who have equal power and absolutely love each other, having to argue very little about any decisions that they have to make. Almost anything that happens on the island has to be approved by them, including immigration. (All other players are the immigrants ;) )
The people of this island do not have much in the way of technology. They can't even do very much surgery successfully. This doesn't stop them from augmenting their bodies like people in other nations, they just do it in other ways that will be described later.
When one steps onto the island they'd find sandy beaches. If they walk forward for a while, they'll come across some grassy and possibly inhabited plains. Keep on going and you'll reach a jungle that contains many very real threats. If you walk in either direction once you reach the jungle you'll find a city populated by people of all species.
There is no dominant species on this island. All species present are almost equally common. In the forest there's a huge pack of tigers waiting for you to enter so that they may give chase and consume. Don't worry though, you will reform.
Speaking of reformation, it's common on the island to participate in some form of perma with other residents and immigrants (More often immigrants, so watch out). To consume others is a sign of love, and the longer you hold them the stronger that 'bond' is supposed to be.
In marriages any amount of people may be a part of a family. There is no law against polygamy or bigamy...in fact you're almost expected to have multiple people in love with each other.
Now that we're discussing laws, there are only a few for residents, but a lot that apply to immigrants.
The number 1 rule! All people must obey and serve the leaders.
2: Taking other people as slaves (Sexual or serving) is not illegal.
3: Immigrants may not perma citizens unless the leaders approve.

Lawlessness is rare. Most people tend to be very decent here :)
