There's a lot of work that goes into being an Element of Harmony. Fighting off monsters, going on missions to lands near and far, and keeping your friends happy are all just part of the job.
But there's one little part of the job description that often goes unknown - Each Element of Harmony, one day, needs to pass on their Element to someone else. It's the Element's job to find a suitable sucessor, whether by accident or by design.
Sometimes the successor can be a pony. Sometimes someone else entirely. Only one thing's for sure... they tend to 'pass on' their Element in a rather unique sort of way~
(Note: The above is just one idea for a scenario and the 'default'. In essence, this profile is all about all the Mane 6 getting perma'd, so any idea for that works! Of course, not every play has to be a perma-play, but it is the point of the profile, so don't be surprised when the Elements start to vanish!~ )
Twilight's the 'nerd' of the group, but that doesn't keep her from being sociable when she wants to be. She's energetic when she wants to be, reclusive when she's really into a study, and smart as can be. If you're looking for her, she's usually at the library!
Lately, she's been doing a bit of research into 'giving up' her own element, and the idea's started to be a bit of a fantasy for her... she may or may not have wrote a fan-fic or two about her own soon-to-be-fate!
Rainbow's a daring speedster and cocky athlete. She's always one to brag about her achievements, but to her it's not really bragging if you can actually back up your bragging. And she does - make no mistake, this Wonderbolt is the fastest in Equestria!
Lately, though, she's been peeking at Twilight's 'private books' and gotten a few ideas of her own. She thinks she'd be a lot of protein, and wants to figure out just how awesome she'd be on someone else's 'bod'~
AJ's the hard-working farmer of the group. Always looking to help and never afraid to do what's tough, she's the most sensible and most reliable. She's sometimes a bit stubborn, though, almost to a fault.
Rainbow's own ideas might have gotten to her though. She's been thinking of 'giving back to the land'... perhaps as a bit of fertilizer for her orchard~
Fluttershy is... well, shy. But she's also kind, soft, and caring, with a soft spot for animals and helping them in any way she possibly can. She runs a small animal sanctuary, and loves each critter in it with all the affection in the world.
Applejack's idea of a 'return to nature' piqued Fluttershy's interest, too. She's considered 'donating' herself to one of her animals... or finding some other way of joining the Circle of Life~
And she found that purpose in Felix_ScienceShark~ After seeing the sharkboy's kindness in action, and after a long and soft night of cuddling... Fluttershy admitted her desire to be swallowed and taken, to be with him forever. She's with him now - just as a yellow tip on his tail that moves on its own, and a lower mark on his belly to show that he's the Element of Kindness now!
Pinkie Pie is energy incarnate. She's boucy, bubbly, and loves to cook and make everyone smile, all the time. Most ponies don't understand how she's so happy and crazy all the time, but she doesn't mind the strange looks. Really, they're what she lives for!
Fluttershy confessed her desires to Pinkie in private one day, and it got Pinkie all curious... now, she's wondering if the best sweet she could ever give anyone is herself~
Ever the fashionista, Rarity lives for drama and attention alike. Her dreams all involve fame and fortune on the runway, and in her mind she's the star of the show. Still, she's always open to help others, too, even if she usually spins it to her own benefit!
Pinkie Pie told Rarity she looked 'scrumptious' once when the party-girl was modeling dresses for her, and it gave a tingle down her spine. Now, she's wondering if true beauty is 'beneath the skin'~
Flurry Heart has always been a very good princess. The best behaved daughter, the jewel of the royal family, and the Belle of every ball she's been to.
But lately, she's started to get certain... feelings. Growing up always behaving has made her gain some certain fascinations, and her mother is always at the center of them all... now, she's starting to wonder if she's better off obeying her mother the rest of her short little life~
