Perma_Prey_Prefs

All right, you saw the name, and wondered what it is. Or you clicked on a link from another profile, more likely. What is this?

This is some Do's and Don't's for me, stuff that will make me happy and make me sad. Some things I'd like to see, and some profile's I'd like to see someone take away from me. ;)

This guide used to be a lot longer and more complicated, but some people just can't read well or get past certain inhibitions, so I'm laying it out simply now.

If I make IC poses using a character profile (that is, a profile that is based on a character rather than a setting or an idea such as, oh, this very one), and I let whatever RP happens, however short or casual it may be, result in the consumption of the character by whatever means I allow to happen, then consent to permavore the character by the predator that ate him/her/it is automatically given, full speed ahead. Whether I realized permavore was a possibility is irrelevant, whether it was discussed is immaterial, whether you feel it's fitting enough end to such a delightful character is besides the point: if you want to claim the profile and add it as a trophy, do so. If not, then don't.

I don't get much out of simply making a character and then throwing them in the trash.

My enjoyment of having my profiles permavored comes from seeing a predator take a profile they want, and to do so in an assertive manner, treating the player as an extention of the character of sorts. You don't ask your sandwich if it is okay with being eaten and digested, you eat it because you're hungry for a sandwich, and digest the sandwich because that's the natural consequence of a sandwich getting eaten. If you feel the need to ask if I'm okay with it, then just don't bother; if I truly had a problem with it, I just wouldn't comply. Asking me over and over if I'm okay with it, it's my choice, I don't have to, etc. is redundant and a mood killer. Be a predator, or be a dandelion eater, but don't waste my time.

I love boldness, and reward it. If you're sure a profile is mine, and you want to permavore it but I don't have the slider up and enabled (or it's all the way negative), give it an IC approach anyways - catch me in the right mood, right predator, etc., and you coud walk away with a previously off-limits meal.

I do reserve preys/switches for people I'm on good terms with and for good reasons. Sign up early.

If you want to do a roll to see who ends up as prey but don't want to 100% commit to losing your character, we can do a percentage roll if agreed to beforehand to see after the RP if it "sticks". Risk of perma is almost as exciting, maybe even more so, than certainty of it.

Preys and Switches of mine especially suitable for permavore:

Cali_Lane
Choi
Venus_and_Serena
The_Sorceress
CaptainAmelia
Puff_Puff_Witch

Especially desired methods of permavoring:

Semi-realistic spider vore: catching/trapping prey in a web cocoon, injecting venom to liquefy into juices that can be sucked out.
Live cooking and carving, especially if prey can still watch themselves be eaten as they pass on.
Illithid/Mind-Flayer vore method of opening the skull casing and extracting the brain, see also Starship Troopers, any vore where the brain is specifically targeted to the exclusion of the rest.
Something involving a beheading and wall-mounting, literally making them a trophy, perhaps as a result of a hunt.
Good old cockvoring and melting into cum, though usually behind these other methods.
Cockvore (figurative) cumchain: as above, but the messy remains gets spray over one or more random alts on an alt list. Those alts are immediately sucked down and churned into wads as well. This may possibly repeat, and may even nab a predator not normally available for PV.

A LITTLE THOUGHT ON PERMANENCY OF PERMAVORE AND OTHER REDUNDANCIES: sometimes players change their minds. I've seen it happen. I've occasionally wondered about changing mine. Was that a good choice? Did the other person not follow through on what they said they were going to do? Etc.

Personally, if there were a way to put a an additional lock on a profile - kind of like how you can have multiple locks on a door so that each party has to agree to open it - I would totally do it for permavored profiles. Let me be able to pull the logs, but once the picture(s) have been changed, the description updated, and the conquerer properly credited, then lock it up, take control away from me, and let them have their trophy. If I want the profile back, let me go back and ask them - maybe they'll give it back, mayble they'll demand another in exchange. Maybe they'll refuse.
