This is Perci P. Periwinkle, a once-famous Toon who fell out of the limelight and now leads a life of lies and promiscuity. You see, Perci used to be a big cartoon star back when his show, Mac Attack, used to air. He played the part of the protagonist, Mac's, rival on screen, often competing in completely unrelated episodic competitions that had no effect on them as characters.. sort of a Popeye and Bluto relationship, if Bluto had been effeminate and purple. But the days of stardom are always short-lived, and even though the show was popular for a couple of years, it was eventually lost in a sea of other cartoons. And Perci, like countless toons before and after him, was out of a job.
Out on his ass in the real world with nobody and nothing to turn to, Perci turned to his one and only passion: entertainment. Unfortunately, with his face already being attributed entirely to his old cartoon, nobody else was willing to hire him for entertainment jobs so soon after the cartoon was canceled. So to make ends meet, Perci entertained people another way. A sexual way, to be exact. He became a prostitute. He actually made pretty good money, you know, turning tricks for people who had been fans of the show and had little cartoon crushes on him-- turns out, even though the cartoon had been child friendly, a lot of adults just watched it because Perci was cute and androgynous. And they wanted to fuck him. So he got by with that.
After a while, though, Perci the Toon was picked up by one of those "turn your life around" agencies that saw how far he'd fallen and were intent on finding him honest work, so they could turn a once-beloved cartoon face into their agency's personal mascot. In that regard, Perci was given a job as a butler, and between his jobs "butlering", was offered the opportunity to give speeches at conferences to his fellow out-of-work cartoons, inspiring and encouraging them with his tale of "falling from stardom and turning his luck around". What he left out of his speeches and what they didn't know, though, was that Perci was still turning tricks. Turns out, he actually really likes the whole "being a prostitute" thing. So most of the customers that Perci is a butler for? He's actually having sex with them for money. But that doesn't sound as pretty when you're up on stage, so he lies and keeps it a secret.
( Note: As a Toon, Perci is a little more 'flexible' than some characters. He can do some silly things, although these don't have to be part of any interaction with him, at all.
He's also technically made of ink-- even though it's not apparent by looking at him or touching him, he does have control over the ink his body is made of, and can do some interesting stuff with it, like ink bondage, ink lube, ink tentacles.. well, it's up to imagination. )
