The Power of Friendship (Bond) - Julia is driven by friendship. The Power of Friendship can enhance her miracles, help her overcome adversity, or, oddly enough, let her survive without food, water, or air.

PC Vision (Minor Miracle) - Julia can invoke the power of PC Vision to tell if someone is a PC or an NPC. PCs show up as more colourful, while NPCs turn a little more drab. This sense also gives Julia a sense of if a person is a predator, prey, switch, or neither.

Reformation (Affliction) - On death, Julia will come back to life within one to seventy-two hours, depending on her inclination at the time of death and the inclination of her predator. She thinks this is due to a fairy contract, but that's not entirely accurate. This can even reform her if her soul is destroyed, creating a new soul in the process... not that she's aware of that.

Predator (Affliction) - Julia is capable of swallowing people, up to around her own size, without risking choking and stretching easily to accomodate. She still very much enjoys eating micros, even with this change to her capabilities.

Arc Abilities
Frantic (Special) - Whenever Julia is in enough Trouble™, she regenerates 1 Miracle Point. This is a lot more useful than it sounds, since it can push her above her cap.

Between the Boundaries (Affliction) - When she's 'off screen', Julia doesn't really have to worry as much about resources and logic as she does when 'on screen'. While nobody is looking (and also between scenes), she can acquire snacks and small amounts of money, move from place to place, or look things up online. This also lets her access character profiles!

Strange Rules (Superior Skill) - Julia isn't really a person. She's a fictional character - specifically, a roleplay character. This is what gives her her (Superior) ETA Chat Player Character skill, which lets her act more in accordance with rules of narrative than rules of physics - and theoretically allows her to control reality, a little bit, by typing into the chat on her phone. She doesn't know she can do this yet.

Thanks to practice and experience, Julia can also use this as a Connection skill with any character she knows about, making it easier for her to interact with them and know what they'll do. She suffers an Obstacle to this useage based on how well she knows someone.

Julia's ability to use this skill is protected by a special shield called an 'Auctoritas', which, in essence, protects it from being tampered with by magic or miracles. It's not a very strong Auctoritas, though.

Iconic (Imperial Miracle, Major Miracle) - See that picture? Julia always looks like that. She never really gets dirty or disheveled, and she often finds replacement clothes that exactly match what she was wearing before. She has to sustain this power, technically, so if she has too many plates to juggle her clothes might get messed up. If she spends a Miracle Point, she can even cause her clothes to appear on her body with a snap of her fingers, but she doesn't know she can do this yet.

Superior Hunter (Superior Skill) - Julia has become something akin to a fae predator, at least a little. She has a Superior Skill that aids her in tracking people, using archery as part of hunting, chasing things while riding a horse-like animal, and soothing, befriending or exerting her will on an animal from an environment she knows.

Cut the Soul (Cthonic Action, Bleak) - Julia is a roleplaying character. Everyone knows that proper roleplay etiquette requires consent. If someone tries to use a special power on Julia in a way she doesn't approve of, she can simply refuse to let it affect her - and what's more, her assailant won't be able to use that power again in Julia's presence, at least until the end of the scene. This costs 1 Miracle Point to invoke the first time in a scene, then 2 for the second time, and 4 for the third time and any time after that.

Divine Guidance (Miraculous Action) - Now and then - perhaps once or twice per scene - Julia can close her eyes, open her mind to her Principle, and then act. Guided by her principle, her actions become more potent, able to resist magical interference, but only as long as they further her Principle - teaches something, lets her learn something, or fights against tradition for the sake of it. For 0 MP, it's her Principle that decides what she does, while for 2 MP, she can pick her own course.

Materialization of Possibility (Cthonic Action) - Once or twice a scene, Julia can spend 2 MP to get her Principle to solve a problem for her. The way this manifests can be rather varied, and Julia doesn't have any control over what actually happens - she simply calls on Discovery/Learning to help her out, and it does so. Usually this manifests as a sort of divine inspiration, but it can also involve servants of her Principle showing up.
