Pangoro is a large bipedal Pokémon, resembling a humanoid panda bear. It has a stocky build with a big round belly, short legs and long arms with big paws, which are often balled into fists. Its head and belly are covered in thick white fur, while its lower body, chest arms and back are covered in equally thick but dark grey fur. A long fringe of this dark grey fur hangs down behind his back that, in combination with the rest of the dark-furred pattern, gives the impression that Pangoro is wearing a longcoat and trousers. Pangoro's three-fingered paws have shorter fur a darker shade of grey than the overcoat and are tipped with vicious black claws. Its face tapers down to a snout and its white color contrasts with its black ears and nose as well as the two semi-circles of black fur under its brow that render Pangoro's eyes indistinguishable. Pangoro
likes to carry a thin leaved shoot in its mouth, which has prominent lower fangs.

Not exclusive for pokemon RPs, also available in a regular setting as a kind of anthro Panda.


Choices

This Pangoro is different for once, he has learned to speak, and secondly, which is probably even more important, he's given himself the name James (which is a bit silly, but that's the name he chose). Throughout his life so far he's never had a trainer, always fought his way to stay independent. He's lost some friends over the years, both to natural causes and to trainers, one of his worst experiences was when he ran into a trainer who had caught one of his friends and had to battle them, his former friend unable to help himself or disobey, which only helped him to further dislike trainers and their wretched pokeballs. He doesn't trust them one bit, and although he has so far managed to defeat every trainer (who expects a wild pokemon to be as strong as him?) or escape in the nick of time to avoid getting caught and brainwashed himself. He lived most of his life in solitude, teaching himself a number of things, to read and write, even talk, learning about humans and pokemon, which lead him to get a few things wrong, simple misunderstandings that made him even more fierce in his belief that trainers are monsters and not to be trusted.

Very recently he did meet a trainer who seems to be different, Rin_Amoureuse did not only not try to catch him, she even took the time to talk to him, teaching him how her own pokemon still had its own free will and that the relationship between trainer and pokemon could be more than just pet and master.


Note: I'm more interested in adventure type scenes and relationship building than in fighting scenes. Fights may occur, but I'm not interested in going in detail by describing every move.
