Welcome to the Echo Call Cafe. It is a stand alone building found close to a large string of buildings on less traveled streets. The building has an 'older' feel to it, like it hasn't been recently updated to fit in the more suburban world it rests in. Colored in a dark orange with a black roof, this single story, not really symmetrical building houses a max of 32 patrons. This also houses Panella, her servers, and her assistant cooks. Panella is the owner, head chef, and sometimes server of Echo Call. 30 years of age she has had a love for food all her life. She bought the building at 28 years of age. It is also the time she divorced with her then husband, whom also took the kid she had when she was 22. They both left on good terms, and she gets to see her daughter every day, speaking to her and helping her grow. However, most of her time is spent at her restaurant, living the day to day of being your own boss in the competitive food Industry. She is always thinking of expanding her building and increasing the size of her staff, but for now she is just happy to buy her daughters birthday presents.
Echo Call itself is a small diner cafe that serves breakfast and lunch southern style. She servers hearty, tasty food in good portions, including a variety of omelettes, burgers, and deli sandwiches. From 6AM to 3PM Monday - Saturday the place is busy. The usual loyal customers come in about every day, but most of the time there is at least 10-15 people. This does not include the staff, with about 3 other cooks and 3 dedicated servers coming in. Panella herself is there all day every day, either helping to cook, taking to go orders by phone, Or chatting with customers. Everyone in the place knows Panella, and Panella knows all her regulars by name at this point. The busy place is a successful one, as Panella has now done this for about two years. It gets exhausting, but Echo Call and her family is well worth the effort.
From Friday to Monday, at about 7PM, the cafe reopens for its special ‘creatures of the night’ dinners. This is a special time for the cafe, as it serves a different sort of folk. While in the morning and afternoon it serves regular food, at night it is more special crowd. While there are some normal food items, servers, chefs, and Panella herself also can be on the menu. Alternatively, patrons can also put themselves onto the menu to be served to other patrons or even staff. Panella, obviously, is also popular in this respect. She didn’t get her thighs from eating unhealthy foods, though that certainly plays a part. In fact, she seems to get very hungry when she is also horny. The fixings of this cafe come with all the necessary stuff to ensure patrons and staff aren’t permanently part of someone’s dinner or dessert binge, but through signing of waivers, patrons can reject said service and provide a nice cafe certificate to their next of kin.
