The Cylark family had another daughter. A much more refined and older daughter than Tippany. This one was less involved with the family wealth and more involved with her own life.
She wanted to live life to the fullest after having been experimented on by her own family as part of a line of products meant to slow the aging process. It succeeded but at a terrible cost...she would not age anymore. She ceased to be the normal girl she once was and had lost what normality she once had. Even her soul was now a flighty little thing that the family could use to their advantage...
At times, her soul can be found elsewhere and in another person's body...and can freely change their emotions without them or even herself realizing. It could change the cruelest being alive into the nicest person but the change would only last so long before her soul is expelled...and then when her soul returns to her body, she recalls each of the events that happened in the other body quite vividly.
This was who Palmira was...an errant soul with one true body...a body to be used by her family even though she wanted nothing to do with them anymore because of this. She is still a part of this family but will not have anything to do with them since all they do is use her...
All she wants is just a normal life but how can she when her soul is such a fragile and malleable thing? Her body and Soul are unlike any other and is the product of quadrillions of dollars and various other currencies. She can never truly die nor ever allow anything to die without reason.
She leads a normal life...well as much as she can call normal...away from her family and living out on her own. She will rarely ever go back to the family estate and spends most of her time out and about, seeking to make her own mark in the world while constantly avoiding her family as much as she can.

Her personality is warm and caring...though she may act cold at times, she shows undying affection towards ones she deeply cares for...it takes time for her to warm up to others or even trust them due to how her family has treated her...she has never had a lover but one day dreams of finding one who understands her and that she understands them in turn...when one befriends her, it is certainly impossible for her to ever do them wrong and thinks of them more than she would herself. She has a somewhat sarcastic side to her as well as a doting almost motherly side to her in her ways...she secretly has a love to let loose and just go hog wild with excitement. Another thing is that she has a secret guilty pleasure for micros but only enjoys the taste and feeling of them inside of her...yet she cannot bear to let them die in that way and thus reforms them using her own method. Bottom line: She has a cold, rigid personality and likes to be stubborn...but anyone she loves, will bear witness to a whole new person...a side she will only show to them and them alone.
