Pokemon_Girl_AtlsNessa is a lieutenant and second in command of the water gym. And a rather competitive one at that who desires and secretly plots to try and get the position of gym leader from Misty. But bides her time well. Knowing full well what happened to the last lieutenant who attempted to overthrow Misty. The bones still rest in that demi Garados… other then trying to plot her leader’s demise and overtake. Nessa is quite the experienced water trainer and still somewhat new to the game. Anyone wanting to fight the gym leader? Must go through Nessa first. That’s how these new gyms work after all. Of course, while the gym leader is out Nessa is often the one handing the badges to those who beat ‘her’ while her leader is away. Nessa is surprisingly doing well on her own or with Misty at the helm. Making her an ideal gym leader candidate regardless of her darker ambitions.
While not as attitude prone as Misty, Nessa has a skill the water Gym leader doesn’t have. The ability to eat others whole and alive herself. Rather then relying on her pokemon to do all the eating. Nessa is quite a capable and merciless predator. Drooling over this fact she is much better then her gym leader. Nessa still plots for a way to catch Misty unprepared for this fact. And stew Misty in her own guts. While her own pokemon gets their fill. The only reason why Nessa hasn’t made an upfront move was because of Misty’s Garados demi. A mini giantess who can devour people whole with little effort. (as well as pokemon) Nessa believes that the water gym needs to be both harsh physically and mentally. While Misty’s attitude fits these criteria. Nessa knows the water gym leader isn’t fit to be a leader. Especially since she isn’t a predator. Nessa attitude wise? She is smart and decisive. And harsh when needing to be. Her ‘you lose, you get eaten’ attitude is something a leader must do for the good of her gym. And snuff out weakness when its there. And so far? Her big score is Misty. The reason why the gym keeps being the #1 gym for beginners. Is because people view it as weak. Nessa wants to change it to becoming the harsh gym that beginners learn the real basics of a gym. A harsh reality that if they aim to become champion. They need to be strong and merciless. Nessa tends to hide her ambitions. But they are as tough as stone with what she would do if she became Gym leader. Misty would have to keep her guard up. Because when the time comes? Nessa WILL act for the good of the gym.
