P0_P3T
Oh god. OH god. What a nightmare.
Aperture Science(of portal fame) is well known by now for their.... issues. What with the crazy AI that took over the place, their cheerfully murderous turrets, and other things, it should come as no surprise that they actually did manufacture other weapons of war. Hell, they even made a medical android! They're real humanitarians, right?
Hah. Wrong. But you knew that, didn't you? After all, you've seen their other artificial intelligences.
P0-P3T, hereafter referred to as Poppet, was the prototype for their combat medic model of android/gynoid. She was the very first one made, and likely to be the basis for the production models. However, in the middle of testing, there was a slight.... problem. GladOS died! And, well, considering Poppet had been in the middle of a live fire test, she felt it was in her best interests to not be getting shot at anymore.
Using her built-in abilities(which will be listed later) she manufactured some high explosives, got ahold of a map, and got the hell out of the lab. There was... a lot of boom involved, really. You'd never have expected if if you didn't know her specs! And on her way there, she managed to snag the schematics to a Portal projector, for later use. Mind, it helped that at this time the employees were all evacuated or dead, so.... yeah.
Anyway... by the time she got to the surface, things were going badly. Key flaws had become apparent in her. Her reactor was fairly messed up, her targeting was significantly off, her voice synthesizer was clearly inhuman(she sounds like a turret, and can do nothing about that!), and... well, you get the idea. Still... once out, she managed to fix herself, thanks to the careful planning of those who designed her, and now? Well, now there's no telling where she is, but odds are things are less excellent than they could be, for those who meet her than for her, at least.
Poppet is a slim little thing, with pale skin, petite curves, and red hair and eyes(garnet, specifically). Her ears are slim and elfin, perhaps a couple inches longer than a human's and tapering to a point, to accommodate a number of other sensory apparatuses. She's typically dressed in a pure white nurse's outfit, with hat, stockings, gloves, and shoes(a pair of mary janes), and somehow, despite the things she tends to do, she manages to keep her clothes clean.
Of course, she's not human at all. She's got a number of hidden features, among them a weapon-arm with multiple settings and a utility arm with plenty of interesting tools. In addition to this, she has an internal factory to extract fuel for her reactor, manufacture ammunition, and make spare parts as needed. Of course, we all know how hard resources can be to acquire, but in the end it turns out Aperture thought of a way around that. If she can swallow anything, she can break it down... and she can swallow ANYTHING. Well, not really, but people are easy!
Going into further detail, her utility arm includes needles(for extracting resources from willing or unwilling organisms), a portal generator, and a chemical analyzer, to enable her to find the materials she needs. However, she can also use her sense of smell or taste, without fear, being impossible to poison(at least in a way that would harm organics).
As well, her eyes include advanced optics, notably thermal imaging and targeting subsystems, and her fingers are incredibly sensitive. She's got incredible dexterity and can be gentle enough to handle even a micro without any fear of hurting it. Unless she wants to, mind you. As well, the fingers on her utility arm can split into a number of smaller grasping appendages, mostly for repairing herself and others. She's also got a small multitool, for welding, soldering, and cutting as needed, but this consumes fuel far faster than she's comfortable with, and it's difficult to produce.
In short? Gynoid murdernurse(well, sometimes) made by Aperture Science.
As well, being designed as a medic, she can as easily heal you as hurt you, reform people in her womb(with some more sophisticated tools needed for this) or heal them if she can get them in. It takes some doing, though, and you really need to earn her trust for that.
Also, she talks kinda funny, but you'll get used to that, heh.
