Ren Yi is not a name, but a title he can be called by. If one doesn't know his true name, they're not very likely in the position to ask to begin with. Ren Yi is an 'Avatar', a corporeal embodiment that represents a much vaster concept of the universe. He is also the owner of The_Host_Club. It's not publicly known why he possesses such an establishment, but the fact that it seems indestructible and has anything from military grade equipment to lost and unknown technologies brings up plenty questions about this man. He shows up sometimes, but doesn't seem to ever do anything related to work. He's been a bit more comfortable with the surroundings lately and has been seen going around in person. What kind of guy is he? You'll have to see for yourself. Why should you be interested in getting to know him? That's something for you to know...

The true scope of his abilities remain unknown, but some commonly used or observed ones hint that he is an incredibly powerful being.
Weapon Specialization - ChangDao Ren Yi's favored weapon during Exaltation was the ChangDao, a blade that was 1.95m long (matching his height). While this may sound like the dimension of a JRPG weapon, it really existed and was successfully employed by ancient Chinese troops in actual warfare.
Fist of Manifested Will: A martial arts style practiced in life, continued throughout exaltation and enlightenment and still retained as Avatar. It is a formless martial art, many Martial arts have a form and were created for a purpose, like how Karate is to be fought with empty hands and was created for an uprising during times where weapons were banned. The Fist of Manifested Will is based on Kung Fu and has no purpose - 'Kung Fu' meaning 'achievement through effort'. As such, it has no upper limit, no true form and no status that could be considered perfection... only infinite potential to increase in power.
Clear Mirror, Still Water: As enlightened being, Ren Yi's right eye can see reason, motive, origin, power, practically any type of information. This information has once flooded the mind of Ren Yi too badly, the subliminal thoughts of everyone would gnaw on his sanity. He had to seal it until he had reached the status of Avatar, upon which he could simply sense all of that.
Elementalist: Ren Yi can control the elements, this doesn't mean he controls things like fire, water, earth, air, etc. but rather literally that he controls the elemental particles. He can force chemical reactions or summon or manipulate elements in any constellation at will - thus, create and alter anything.
Wu: Ren Yi can become one with the void as exalted, though he needs to concentrate for it. As Avatar, he can do it at will.
Life (Human Form):
Not much is known about Ren Yi's life as human. One could always ask...
It is said however, he would almost instantly like anyone able to tell him:

► The name of a prominent technique of the 'True Fist of the Northern Dipper'.
Exaltation (Warrior Form):
It is said that those who have achieved a paragon-like status among beings would find enlightenment and join the heavens. Ren Yi has at one point, achieved this status and received a purpose. At this point, he is already quite powerful like all exalted beings and stronger than any normal human.
Enlightenment (Yao/Demi Form):
While 'Yao' usually means 'Demon', it's better explained as a state of clarity caused by enlightenment beyond human boundaries. Ren Yi has through time and realization awakened his inner guide, a Rabbit and sports the ears of one. In this form, Ren Yi gains his 'Clear Mirror, Still Water' ability, but can only use it for brief moments without suffering a mental breakdown. His eye-patch is not due to the eye being blind, but the sealing of it's related ability. After Ren Yi has ascended to being an Avatar, the ears have receded, but silver strands of hair would grow from where they once were
Believe it or not, I don't have much of a preference and am also nigh-impossible to offend with any content. The main thing you have to pay heed to when chatting with me is that I understand what you're typing. Though it should be noted that I will most likely find it annoying if you insist on using weird chat ticks such as 'shi/hir' or 'furry/brony words' for anything other than what your fictional character is saying, but also excessive spamming of emoticons etc. - I'm not saying you'll get flamed or anything, but I won't be afraid to confront you about it.
