Reyes found his way to the Nexus a new place to reap the souls of the less fortunate.
Sadly due to his damage he is unable to do normal vore what is he able to do? Soul vore devouring the souls of people he or someone else has killed. He finds the best ones are of heros of overwatch.
Rayes doesn't care if your rich poor or passive he will gun you down if you get in his way.
