The genes used allowed for some randomization letting some be female, others male. But she was a unique one. While the rest gained Ridley's mind of attack destruction and conquest. going in a ship over space flight. But if she has to she can. Then there is the intestines that drain nutrients even
undigested flesh, so exiting out that way isn't going to work...
And out the back if you make it. you can find that she has an anus, though it doesn't let out much. But that is
