Story
Okay so what happens when a dog is transformed by a digimon coming to the real world? Yes as in they cannot come to the real world without a body to inhabit. Well they end up taking animal forms. Perhaps they lack something of their form like digi-armor or the like... That is what a digivice does, it makes the data real for the armor. However the digimon itself has to inhabit a real living being. In this case, a dog of one breed or another.
The only guess here for Ora is that she took the body of a female great dane... as rare as they are. And thus here she is. Here to see the real world. find something interesting perhaps gain someone they like. Demanding yet kind Ora is... finding her way in this new world.
For Ora herself, she is a fun loving digimon. Quite happy to have fun when possible. Her real body gives her the ability to be herself. though any additional forms, unless in a digital field, is not possible. So at her current size she is a ridable digimon that goes quite fast on foot. Making her perfect for transportation... though one does have to tame her to be able to enjoy such. And sometimes she doesn't take up with some. Others she does.

Well simply put the digestive track is like a dogs... just expanded... As for the womb and all it is bigger. perhaps due to being pony sized, or bigger. The womb seems to have addopted the feel of others at least a bit... don't know how close it is to normal one then again being able to fit inside... is not too real (Then again it is vore, and it is and enjoyable fantasy)
