Ophelia Tancula, a cute and quiet psychic whose hesitant to leave her older brother's side most of the time.
Garbed in a purple sweater and schoolgirl skirt that a couple of sizes too big for her, the oversized clothes only help to accentuate how adorable she is. Behind her hair of lavender that reaches to her shoulder are her inquisitive blue eyes, usually preferring to peer from behind the curtain than brush it aside to see. She's the size of a child and certainly as shy as one at times.
As previously mentioned, Ophelia tends to stay by her brother's side most of the time, hanging at his side. But if he's not around, she may venture off on her own to places she's been before. It's not uncommon to find her at the coffee shop her brother frequents or just visiting his repairer. Of course, when she does that, she does worry others since she may leave without a sound.
However, she's far from defenseless. Ophelia is a powerful psychic, currently only able to use telepathy and telekinesis. While telekinesis is usually the only offensive ability, it is powerful enough to toss a semi at her current level so one should be wary. And if she begins to daydream or just zone out, her psychic abilities usually activate at complete random, often lifting up random passerby or giving them bits and pieces of whats going on through her head.
