A very quiet and reserved stallion, one who lived in the darkness, and peers out from the shadows.... Rarely does one see him in the waking world, rather, he appears to those whom live troubled lives, especially those who are contemplating taking their own life, and presents them with dreams designed to remind them of their reasons for living, and the things in life that make them happy. He also, from time to time, punishes the wicked with nightmares beyond description...

On the occasions that he *can* be found in the waking world, he tends to not speak much, though he is capable of doing so, and will often lead those who are in search of something to what they seek. Be it an object, a person, or even a goal, or concept they strive for. Whatever it is, he knows the way. Sometimes mentioned in ancient texts, he is referred to as, "The One Who Walks Below". Traversing the multiverse, he calls the plane of shadows underlying all realities his home.

He's capable of completely fading into the shadows if he desires, and anywhere there is a shadow, he can choose to be, if he's already standing in one. Shadows and creatures of darkness may also be bent to his will... Though those that are strong enough could possibly resist this, and he is unlikely to ever do this to sentient creatures. If he wishes, he can also *create* shadow creatures, but they are temporary unless he pours a very large amount of his energy into their creation. His manipulation of shadows extends to far more than just making creatures and teleportation, too. He is able to devour someone's soul simply by consuming their shadow, or absorb someone from the inside out using the darkness present in their own body.

He is generally benevolent, in nearly all circumstances, though on occasion he can become *quite* angry if he is not shown what he deems 'proper' respect. This usually requires him to already be in quite a foul mood, however...
