Any officers that dared respond to calls for help in the area were hopelessly outgunned by the abilities of those that frequented the multidimensional nexus. Those officers that returned barely made it back with their lives. It became quite clear to those in power that fresh tactics were needed to help maintain a semblance of order. At first, the dimensionaly adjacent police departments attempted to recruit the park patrons into serving as local constables. An elegant solution, allowing the offenders to police themselves, but after a few high profile disasters involving a police sponsored constable abusing their position to help them capture prey and further their own hedonistic whims it became apparent that more drastic measures were required.

Enter Jennifer Cross. Jennifer was selected from the newest batch of academy graduates to become one of the first members of D.E.V.O.U.R. An elite peacekeeping force of vore-capable officers, fully backed by an inter-dimensional association of Law Keepers. Being human, Jennifer was required to attend training in a Vore University in order to unlock her predatory potential. So far, she's loving her new post.

Psychological Profile: Jennifer Cross began the experiment as an eager young deputy hoping to make her mark and help keep her home dimension safe from the influences of the Park and its inhabitants. She's headstrong, stubborn and unlikely to consider any challenge too big to be handled on her own. While she had been top of her class in Self - Defense, Marksmanship and Tactical Appraisal, she's also reckless and dangerous. We've also noticed her developing a strong desire to test the boundaries of her new abilities and she has expressed that her capabilities cause her to feel a sensation of pleasure. We must monitor officer Cross to ensure that she isn't developing an addiction to her abilities and that she continues to utilize them in a manner befitting a professional.
