An Ochre Jelly is a relatively unusual form of ooze that dwells in the depths of dank, dark places. It generally feeds within these depths, but is sometimes known to emerge in modern eras in damp regions, sometimes going so far as to use drainage pipes for travel. It can grow in size to a circular diameter of 15 feet, with a spread thickness of six inches, or bunch itself into any thickness and shape fitting that volume. It is capable of compacting itself to the point of moving through a crack no larger than one inch.
If sliced or cut, it splits naturally very easily, its various sundered portions grabbing for prey from multiple points with pseudopods and tentacles, rejoining once the prey has been caught. It can secrete an acidic digestive juice that devours flesh, but cannot break down metal or stone, leaving behind armor, weaponry and bone. Weighing easily two tons in full mass, it is more than strong and heavy enough to constrict most quarry, using any means to cause the victim to stop moving before it begins digesting them.
This particular example rather likes what some species consider... lewd methods to subdue its prey.
