This profile is a companion to Jennifer_Young, detailing her various squad mates on the Oasis University Cheer Leading Squad. Please see Jennifer's for details off the head cheerleader. This profile will have more details of the world that they exist in.

Their world is one of over population and of a much higher birthrate for females. Science tried to provide the answer, but nature, as always, made up its own mind. Years after the bulk of the population had been 'vaccinated', nature's solution became apparent. Mostly women, though occasionally a few men, where able to swallow others down whole and digest them. It usually takes about a week to digest someone, and at first, society rebelled against the concept. Other side-effects of the 'cure' became apparent over time as well. Plastic surgery started to cause no end of complications, and even surgery in general was trickier. Woman started not to develop their sexual attributes, with most looking like boys, well into their late teens, unless they ate someone else. Slowly, attitudes changed, and it became acceptable. If one wanted to look young for longer, eat someone, get healthier, eat someone, look sexier, eat someone. All kinds of benefits seem to be enjoyed by those who did, though only for ones old enough to eat other. Eating someone too young had the opposite affect, meaning that until puberty, one was safe. With men radically outnumbered by women (by more than double), females eating males was frowned upon. Women started to feel proud of their bodies, as they got sexier the more they ate. Cheerleaders and models were soon feasting on others as much as they could, intent on standing out. As a result, about 50% of women don't make it out of teen hood, they end up as sexual enhancements on others. The benefits were weighted towards those who had eaten others too, the more one ate, the more one became a valuable meal for someone else, especially males who ate others, which tended to double the gains made to those consuming them. Coupled with the fact that males seemed to gain less from eating others, and lots to lose, men simply didn't find it worth the risk to even try to eat others. And thus, the a solution for the gender imbalance was achieved, as well as part population control.

Being a cheerleader is a risky choice. Since those who eat others result in bigger gains when they themselves are consumed, cheerleaders and models tend not to last. The Cheerleader squad at Oasis is no different, having more than twice the number of women on the squad as normal, at competition time, it's quite common for some of the squad to not make it back, as well as some members unable to compete, given their rather stuffed bellies. Note that during meets and competitions, public nabbing and eating is considered taboo. No team of players or cheerleaders would willingly go to their deaths, so the travel to the game, the game itself and the travel back is generally a safe time from the opposition. Competitions lasting days and in a neutral setting don't afford the same level of protection though, and teams tend to stick together for obvious reasons.

OOC information: As a general note, the cheerleaders here are all up for perma play, either as predator or as prey, though not every play will result in a permanent end. It's rare that an outcome for one of them will be predetermined to be perma prey, if there's a chance that they will get make someone else perma prey, it's more likely that they could end up that way too. The higher the quality of the play, the more likely that they will end up in a permanent end. Basically, if they are done in 5 to 10 posts of role-play, especially where they are set to be the prey, the chance of it being permanent is effectively 0. If the play lasts for several mutually fun filled hours, and they lose in their attempt to eat someone else, it's far more likely (and may approach 100%) that that will have been their last play. If they do well, or I decide that I like them, then they may have there own separate character created, much like Jennifer_Young. If so, they will continue to be listed here, but noted as not being up for perma play.

Katie is new, just joining this year. She knows all the moves, and being one of the smaller and lighter women on the team, does most of the more aerobatic moves. She's really hoping to be able to add and improve her figure though.

Kelli is also new to the squad, and has been a quick learner, and adept at helping others on the squad out. She's the backup aerobatic member, and quite content in that role. She's pretty easy going, and happy to do what is necessary to help the team along. She'll help a teammate out in devouring the competition, and would be up for eating some herself if called upon to do so.

Aimee is a second year student and has been on the squad since she started, passing her tryouts immediately. She started eating in early High School, knowing that she wanted to be the best looking woman in her school.

Emile is one of the more senior cheerleaders, as evidenced by her sexual assets. She's the one who's fed the most on other cheerleaders, though none from this squad, as that would get her kicked off, and then she'd be on her own, something that she rather dreads, knowing that it would likely result in her becoming an asset on someone else.

Megan is another of the older squad members, though she's in fact older and hasn't eaten that many. Her other squad mates see her as the motherly matron type, and she's hoping that she'll get a chance to eat a few others in time, to help undo the affects of aging. She technically doesn't attend classes, but no one really seems to care about that little fact.

Sarah is back for her third stint on the squad, and is a mean one to those that get in the way of the squad's success. There were rumours after last season that she ate the previous head cheerleader, and that was a bit reason why Jennifer was voted in. Sarah herself is mum on the fate of Jessica though, just saying cryptically that she hopes that where ever Jessica is, that she's happy. She's does martial arts in her spare time, and few risk antagonizing her, knowing that she's a capable predator.
