Karen Barnes always wanted to be a nurse, to help heal people both human and otherwise.

However, the medical profession can be pretty stressful and this tends to make her want to blow off some steam and relax, sometime on the job. She's something of a tease, willing to get into some compromising situations just to see the reactions.

The hospital she works at specilizes in helping predators or prey with vore-related health problems and Karen and the other nurses on staff are very dedicated to their job. Most medical professionals wouldn't get within twenty feet of a man-eating predator, much less try to heal them, but Karen is always willing to put her patient's needs first... even if it results in the sexy nurse churning inside a carnivore's belly!


At Work:

At work, Karen is always ready to heal people up with medicine and the advanced technology they have available. Though sometimes some unconventional procedures are needed.

Sometime predators will come in with complaints about aches in their stomachs, breasts, balls, or other areas and Karen will have to get up close and personal to examine and cure the problem. She's also a certified dental hygienist so when the local dentist isn't available it's her job to make sure predators are keeping their teeth in healthy condition.



Outside of Work:

Outside of work, Karen can be pretty playful and is a bit of a tease, always looking for attention or check someone out.

She does attend some vore-capable locals such as swimming pools, restaurants, clubs, beaches, or even supermarkets. In those places vore is okay on willing prey who show their consent by removing all their clothes. In essence, going naked means they are fair game for getting eaten in any manner so even at her most daring Karen will always have at least one article of clothing on to let people know she isn't ready to become food. If she loses that piece however, she might be giving her predator an inside examination.

Medical Ideas:

Keeping predators healthy is a big responsibility because when a pred eats someone they take in every germ and parasite in their victim and could spread those diseases over a wide area. Or the disease could weaken or kill the predator and throw the local food chain out of whack!

When Nurse Karen enters her patient, she needs to apply two separate coatings of anti-digestion cream that have to be tailored to the patients digestive system depending on strong their acids are or how often they digest people. It needs to be carefully calculated to avoid damaging the patients stomach and if anything goes wrong, Karen is food!

After a few incidents in other hospitals, it's been declared that nurses need to remove all clothing when working around a predators mouth or breasts in case any of those clothing gets eaten and clogs up their system. If she starts to strip naked, it's for your own good!

Regular checkups are important to catch diseases before they happen! So even if you don't feel sick, feel free to stop by for a checkup! <3

For regular examinations of the digestive system, a nurse will be swallowed down so she can give an internal examination. If you have a weak constitution or a painful condition, multiple nurses can be shrunk down and swallowed to help avoid aggravating the condition.

Don't worry about how many nurses are needed. Your digestive health is our top concern!


Settings:

While Karen is open for all sorts of settings, here are a few that might make for good places to start.

Caliente City -

It is the post-reformer age, where advances in medical and reformer technology have made it very possible for people in developed countries to never worry about dying of old age or injury. However, this has resulted in a very real problem with overpopulation and over-consumption of resources. As such, vore is now a legalized and accepted part of society (though with its own restrictions of course).

Namely, anybody can willingly declare themselves to be prey by walking about unclothed in public. To do so is to declare yourself willing to be grabbed up by any predator who can catch you. But, if you have even a scrap of clothing, even holding a pair of bikini briefs in your hands, you are safely off-limits and any pred deciding to eat you could be faced with assault or murder charges.

In this setting, Karen works for a hospital as a nurse to keep the population healthy and happy. Since the reformers don't necessarily eliminate the diseases a reformed person has, there is still a need to cure people the 'old fashioned way', in fact diseases have been getting tougher in response to the advances in technology. Plus, due to a rarity in willing prey, nurses like Karen often find themselves having to act as live meals for hungry predators who can't otherwise find prey. But that's okay so long as they get their checkups.

There are still plenty of regular foods out there including pizza parlors, delis, shops that sell large quantities of tofu-based synthetic meats, and of course the Pizzarito Burgers! The futuristic fusion of pizza, burrito, and burger technology!

Federation Space - (From FTL: Faster than Light)

The Galactic Federation is a coalition of many different species ranging from the mechanical Engie, the Zoltan energy beings, the manipulative psychic Slugs of the Darkmatter Nebulas, the silicon-based Rockmen, the ravenous Mantis warriors, the enigmatic Crystal species, and the metal devouring Lanius who slumber in the stars until war breaks out and provides them with a feast or shattered starships. When humans entered the galactic stage, they were seen as unremarkable aside from their tendancy to reproduce rapidly and decent skill in assisting their betters.

Karen is a human nurse on the Federation medical ship Tanilus. A war has broken out between the Federation and a rogue group of Human Superiority advocates known only as the Rebellion. While the human Rebels aren't quite a threat to the stronger races individually, their great numbers and use of unmanned drones have made them a threat to peace in the galaxy.

Karen now does her best to help out her fellow crew and provide aid to innocents and Federation sympathizers alike. The Rebels actions have soured quite a few alien races towards humans and have earned her some glares from those who have suffered at the Rebellions hands, but she has to do her job to help the innocent. When times get desperate, she is willing to lay down her life to help others... fortunately the ships on-board cloning bay will grow her a new body should the worst happen.



RP Ideas:

A patient comes in with complaints about an aching belly or other ailment, forcing Karen to climb inside to see what the problem is. More often than not, Karen will end up digested by the patient's newly healed stomach!

Karen is out and about and almost naked, but kind of teasing her potential predator. If the pred can make her lose that last bit, she's lunch!

Karen is put on some other job at the hospital that the other staff don't want to do. Things like cleaning up messes, taking care of patients, or other things.

A patient is in need of some reproductive medicine, and Karen must be unbirthed or cock-vored to help them regain their sex life.

A female patient comes in for cosmetic surgery to make her breasts bigger. Instead of a risky surgical operation, they have her breast-vore one or more nurses to help expand her bust to the proper size! If she's worried about getting stretch marks from voring a full-sized nurse, she can instead breast-vore multiple micro nurses.

A woman needs just a little padding for her breasts and doesn't want a permanent expansion. So, she breast vores several micro-nurses and converts them into milk. Her now milk-filled jugs will be a size or two larger for the rest of the day, enough time to look good during a photo shoot or an interview. She might go through a few nurses, but it's better than wearing pads in her bra!

A wealthy predator hires a nurse to care for her needs, taking pleasure in making the nurse do unpleasant tasks for her benefit.

A younger patient was well behaved during an examination. As a reward, they get their own micro nurse as a treat for good behavior!


Likes:

Predators (or people in general) paying attention to Karen's breasts, referring to them as 'breast meat', squeezing them like melons to check for freshness, other females using their size as an excuse to get her eaten, etc.

Having some secondary motive for eating Karen. Maybe to help the predator feel better, performing an experiment, etc.

Instant Digestion (not super necessary but occasionally great). Having a prey gulped down in one painful bite and rapidly digested into nothing would be a good thing for me. Most likely involving multiple prey getting gobbled down in short order and reduced to milk, urine, scat, fertilizer, or just extra padding on the predator.

Dislikes:

Having to explain that the nurses are willing prey. Lets just assume that Karen and the other nurses are all okay with being digested, or they will reform offscreen or something.

Patients:

AveryS came to the hospital complaining of intense stomach pains. After a brief diagnosis, Karen opted for an internal application of medicine. She stripped down and had two layers of anti-digestion cream slathered on before shrinking down so she could apply the cure directly to the injured area. The problem appeared to be an ulcer, which Karen was able to cure with localized medicine. Unfortunatly, her anti-digestion cream didn't hold out and the shrunken nurse was digested soon after.

Golden_Goodiva was brought to Karen's hospital for use as a medicinal bath, with Karen assigned to test it out to verify the goo girl's effectiveness. Unbeknownst to the buxom nurse however, the goo girl only secretes her medicinal compound after digesting a particularly shapely prey. As such, after enjoying her encounter with the goo girl, the nutritious nurse was digested by Goodiva who left behind a revitalizing medicine for some well-paying customers to enjoy.

Hanako_and_Keiko needed some vore lessons at school, so Karen and senior student named Cindy helped them out by letting them vore them as practice. Keiko unbirthed the busty nurse so that Karen is now Keiko's 18 year old daughter. Hanako insists that she is her other mother, but Karen teasingly insists that the girl is her aunt.

Rubber_husky was a member of an endangered species and the World Predator Preservation Foundation wanted to make sure he was healthy enough to repopulate his species. Karen and some other nurses helped pamper the predator to keep him healthy.
