Nta

Description


Demons are a varied lot, sometimes they manifest as building, while another might exist as a river, another a concept, or in the case of Nta, a species. Nta, the Lady of Ants, is not a person in the strictest sense of the word, she's an entire race of creatures, existing through them, and living not just through their bodies, but on every aspect they embody as a living race.

When taken down to a one on one level, a single Nta will seem no different then a single member of any other sentient species. They'll have their own interests, way of thinking about things, and sense of being an individual person. The only a few aspects betray that they might not be a normal race. One of which is that while an individual Nta is by no means dumb, the more of them there are around, the smarter they get. Nta hives are often master works of technology, if a bit hazardous. They can also move with almost perfect synchronization, which is a big help when building their complex cities.

The industrious Nta have quickly begun to spread their way through out the world. Having appeared in just the last century, they are now a common sight in many area's of Hell, and have started to pop up around the mortal plane. While usually benign, they can be considered a bit of a pest, often sapping off energy supplies, stealing food, even building massive cities inside the walls. Being a subspecies of succubi, they're favorite source of power is the energies, often sexual, of other creatures. Naturally they can sense these energies, and will often got towards it in droves, in the hope of harvesting it for their city.

Most Nta are between three to six inches tall, though on some rare occasions they can get up to around three or even four feet in height. Beyond height, they are all nearly identical, pale skin, and thin bodies. On their heads, two long black antennas, that are used both to help sense the world around them, and for expression. Almost all wearing little beyond a small black thong, and a black shell that has a pentacle with a sign of venus in the center. The symbol of both their species, and the demoness they are the embodiment of. The biggest the difference between them is their eye and hair color, which will match the color of the symbol on their shell. The shell is a matter of great pride for the Nta, the accessory can be used as a shield, and often used in replacement for various tools.
