Eastern Guardian of the One-Eyed House, ruling house of Ezo and Oshu.
A powerful spider youkai, despite her slight appearance.
The One-Eyed House has a strict policy of non-interference in mortal matters... that is to say, they stay away from humans and their ilk, letting them fight, and only engage in combat if threatened. They remain in the cold, harsh northern regions, watching quietly. Long ago, youkai and mortals got along peacefully... but there was a war, of course. The original instigators are lost to time, now... youkai killed man, and vice versa. The war created a rift of mutual distrust... one that the current head of the One-Eyed House hopes will heal with time.
That was... well, that was in the era of Feudal Japan. The world has changed, since then. Technology reigns. Massive cities dot the landscape, railways connect most desirable destinations, and there are very few places of solitude left. The One-Eyed House still stakes claims, but truth be told, the members rarely leave their castle, secreted away in the Hokkaido region.
Just recently, it was decided that such a powerful force of youkai could not allow itself to be forgotten. They had remained separated from the modern world for far too long. The head of the One-Eyed house entrusted a mission to his four Guardians. Go forth and integrate into society. Learn from the humans, and teach them of the true nature of youkai, so that harmony may be achieved again.
He didn't count on the fact that the humans had long since forgotten youkai really existed. True, it -had- been ages since the last vestiges of conflict drained away... but to forget an entire race?
Unacceptable.
And so, off the Guardians went. They all chose different destinations, though they all ended up settling down in Tokyo... or at least in close proximity to it... to allow for meetings. Each chose a facet of the culture of humans to study, as well... though, the results are a bit skewed, they don't seem to notice.
As a spider youkai, Nowaaru has found it difficult to integrate herself... especially compared to her partners. Kitsune and humanoids are usually well-recieved... and easier to disguise... but spiders are disdained(and the extra legs are fairly obvious). Nowaaru, therefore, keeps to herself most of the time. She's taken to a lot of hobbies that most would consider to be... well... borderline otaku. She secrets herself away in her little studio apartment, watching anime, collecting toys, reading manga, and playing video games of all sorts... RPGs and bishoujo games preferred. She's a spidergirl of few words most of the time, though you'd be surprised at the reaction you can get out of holding up a box of pocky or the newest Lycee card expansion within her line of sight.
Keep in mind, though... still a youkai. Still hungry. Still powerful. Still has evil abilities.
As a spidergirl, of course, she has webbing. Lots of it. Sticky, sloppy mounds of webbing, thick gooey strands of webbing, soft fluffy piles of webbing. You name it, she's got it. She'll toss it around willy-nilly sometimes... other times, she'll be precise. She doesn't make webs as much as you'd think, though. She likes beds. The webbing can eat people, itself... it's difficult to say how the nutrients get to her, but she's a youkai. Does it need to be explained?
She can use her fluffy hair just like she can her webbing. Yes, her hair can become sticky, too. She likes to cocoon prey... or friends she's 'enjoying'... in her hair and tote them around innocently.
She's got a rather modest chest (considering her kitsune partner), but those bosoms can still expand enough to entrap victims, so don't get cocky! A push into the cleavage might shut you up, too.
The spidergirl's got an expansive belly, too... you'd be surprised how much she can stretch to fit someone when she's hungry and tired. She prefers to use her mouth in this case... she's not as kinky as her partners.
