This young lass of only twenty years is a peculiar one. With hair down to her mid-back, colored an odd dark green, she seems fairly normal. Thin wire-frame glasses sit upon her nose, and tend to slide down every now and then. She's fairly developed for one of a short stature as herself, and doesn't seem to like to show off: most of her soft, pale skin is concealed by a business suit. Her eyes are an enigma: usually a soft hazel, but they have been seen as a lighter green or blue.

Noriko is very timid, but is often seen helping as many people as she can. She has a tendency to be clueless sometimes, but once she's on the track of something, she'll never give up. She is usually smiling, and she walks slowly, taking careful and precise steps.
