General:
Don't let Noira's young, innocent looking face, nor her thin, lithe body, nor her unassuming playful personality fool you; she's actually very strong and can be quite dangerous when she wants to be. Her clan was a bit more in tune to their ancestral instincts and this trait shows itself in Noira's actions, personality, and upbringing (if you can call it that). Not having a great deal of formal education and feeling the constant ancestral urge to always be moving, Noira became a freelance courier. Between her customized rollerblades, carbon-fiber framed touring cycle, and her vespa scooter, Noira has built up a successful courier service. In her spare time she can be found skinny dipping in any of streams, lakes, ponds, rivers, and canals in and around town. She's also been known to frequent a particular Brazillian BBQ and rib joint. Other times she can be found cruising on trails through the park and woods on her skates or bike, tearing up the dance floor at a club, or doing some pole dancing in her apartment to keep in shape. As wih most sharks, Noira was pretty much abandoned after birth and has had to figure life out pretty much on her own. So while she is inexperienced and intellectually naive, she is very "street smart." She loves the beach and swimming above all else and will take any chance she can to go swimming, unless the water smells chlorinated. A playful girl at heart, she has no problem frolicking in the rain and thoroughly enjoys splashing in puddles.


Clothing: While working, Noira generally wears loose T's and tank tops with Skin tight biker shorts and sometimes a San Jose baseball cap. When dancing at the clubs, she prefers knotted half-shirts and bell-bottomed skinny jeans. While excercising (except when pole dancing), she wears a sea green track suit with white stripe ala Bruce Lee/Kill Bill design. The suit also sports a logo of a small, 2 inch chibi-shark in cheerleading outfit over the right breast, and another 2 inch chibi-shark just to the right of her tail, blowing a kiss. When swimming, she never wears any kind of swim suit. She always goes barefoot no matter whatever else she may be wearing or doing. She also never wears any bras or panties because 1: her boobs are small enough to not need one and 2: they'd just be more clothes she'd have to take off and not lose if she gets a chance to go swimming.


Personality: Noira's personality changes depending on her state of mind as represented by three colors during RPs.
Normal: With her vibrant, raspberry-pink eyes, Noira sees the world as a generally fun place to be. She's full of energy and curiosity. Many confuse her inability to sit still for ADD but really, it's just an ancestral urge to always keep moving. Friendly and out-going, she thinks nothing of striking up a conversation with random people for no other reason than that they are there. She's slightly competitive in this state and always wants to join in the fun. A talkative bundle of energy that enjoys doing girly things when she gets the chance. Very much a girly-girl, she has an almost absurd fondness for all things fluzzy or fluffy. She can be extremely affectionate; which, given her predatory nature, sometimes tends to get people alarmed. Mostly carefree, she tends to try to drag friends along with her on her escapades for some roller blading, swimming, or especially dancing. As she has very few friends she's extremely loyal to and protective of those she cares for. She's extremely streetwise, though not very booksmart. Ask her the best place for sushi, or how to ask for a some not so legal item, and she's your gal. Ask her about shakespeare, polynomials, or world news that hasn't been on TV or in the papers for more than a week and she'll have no clue what you're talking about. Constantly worried that's she's injured someone due to her size and undue reputation as a killing&eating machine, she tend to go into a panic if she believes she's accidently hurt someone. She's really a sweet girl who doesn't quite understand why everyone get's worked up around her after she's just bolted down an unsuspecting sealgirl, she was just having lunch after all.

Aggressive: Noira's pupils dilate so much that her eyes become entirely black. She's nolonger friendly and out-going, but rather brooding and vicious. She becomes focused on whatever triggered her change in demeanor, being slightly threatening to those things or people that would distract her from her focus. This is also when her competitiveness gets serious, or when she goes on the hunt. While in this state, Noira will still be reasonable, even if somewhat stubborn. She still discriminates between friends and enemies and is still capable of varying degrees of lucid thought and converstaion. It should be noted that Noira is rather volatile in this state and getting her anymore excited/stimulated is a very risky thing to do. This state can be triggered by anger, pain, moderate hunger, stiff competition, the sight/scent of fresh blood, and by getting "turned on," or any other kind of moderate stress or stimulation. She'll often be moody, far less talkative, and tends to have a threatening or hungry glare when she's like this.

Frenzy: Noira's eyes seem to roll over from black to white when she slips into this mental state. The situation, for whatever reason, has worked Noira into such a ferver that she loses her mind. She becomes single-minded in regards to whatever triggered this state. She becomes violent, erratic and nolonger differentiates between friend or foe. Unable to reason, she acts upon anything and everything that catches her attention. Anyone or anything directly infront of her bears the full brunt of whatever she may happen to do. Anything which distracts her from her initial target becomes her next one. Once triggered, Noira will remain frenzied until she passes out from exhaustion, she encounters no further excitement or stimulation for at least 15-20 minutes, or is somehow otherwise sedated. It should be noted that while frenzied, Noira is twice as fast and strong as she normally is due to the sheer quantity of adrenaline being poured into her bloodstream. Any form of excessive stress or stimulation will quickly drive Noira into a frenzy.


Notes:
Not A Mammal: Noira is a shark, not a mammal, as such she has no naval, mammary glands, or nipples, though she does have breasts.

Shark Skin: Like her ancestors, Noira's skin is actualy covered in millions of microscopic, toothed scales. So while it may feel silky smooth going from head to tail, it feels incredibly rough and abrasive in the reverse direction. Shark skin is also fairly tough and not easily cut or pierced, requiring a certain amout of force to actually damage.

Teeth: Noira's teeth are little serrated triangles of death, designed to efficiently cut through flesh, bone, and sinew alike; making it easy to bite off and swallow whole chunks at a time. She never worries about the dentist because she is constantly growing new teeth to replace the old ones.

Jaws: Noira's jaws are quite powerful; with a bite-force of over 1,700 psi, whatever isn't cut through by her teeth is crushed and shattered by the force and strength of her bite when she wants to.

Air/Ram Jaws: A common hunting tactic used either in the water or on land with her roller blades. Noira charges at full speed from the depths, or from hiding and launches herself at her target, moth agape and ready to bite down on anything she can catch between her teeth. While successful bites don't often land (roll 1 on 1d17); the fact is, being smashed into by her when she traveling at about 70mph is enough to stun and possible injure most human-sized creatures or smaller. Larger creatures may or may not fair better from the impact depending on actual size relative to Noira.

Natural Weaponry: Aside from her size, mass, and being mostly lean muscle, Noira has razor sharp claws and fins, in addition to the obvious threat of her teeth.

Shark Nose: In the water, Noira can sniff out blood from over a mile away; but on land this is limited to about 700-800 feet, depending on how much blood has been spilled. That is further limited to just 300-400 feet if the blood is old.

Catatonia: As with all sharks, if Noira is ever rolled over onto her back or simply belly up for more than a few moments, she will fall into a catatonic state and be completely helpless until she is belly-down again; after which she will be groggy and lethargic for several minutes while she recovers. Even in the throws of a frenzy, if Noira can be put onto her back, she'll become motionless and harmless and will nolonger be frenzied when she's rolled back over again.

Parkour: Noira is an avid student and practitioner of acrobatic sport of parkour, finding it very useful in her job as a courier allowing her to get around town quite quickly following paths over building and high fences that most would find impossible to pass and thus making her deliveries much faster than her co-workers. This also allows her to hunt the town and catch prey often fromunexpected angles of attack and pursuit as she can get around much easier than most.

Story thus far:
Noira encountered Widget_ whom she has dubbed, Molly. Turns out the amourous little neko is a herm and was getting Noira all worked up by showing the shark the first boy parts she had ever seen. Unfortunately, the virgin shark didn't really understand what she was feeling when she saw that throbbing male member and so decided to leave and calm down.

Noira has met Zeni, and because the the little cursed succubus seemed so adorable and lonely, she started calling the young demon, Blinky. She has also developed a sort of fondness for the diminutive would-be ruler of hades and thinks of Zeni as a younger Sister.

Ophelia has come along and taken quite a shine to the sharkgirl. Giving Noira her first orgasm ever and making a mouse out of her as she takes charge of the inexperienced courier and showing her how girls really do it.

Other Preferencial Notes: This character is a virgin and will not focus on sex. Her primary focuses will be vore and interaction, so while she might get flirty; unless you start to get romantically involved with her, don't expect to get between her legs unless you force yourself there, and that would be a very risky thing to do. Player is completely open to character developement and story lines so expect changes as things of note happen to her.

As of March 14, 2013 I will be experimenting by taking this character to full time IC. When this character is on, I will be in IC at all times. Feel free to approach ICly, but be fully aware of what she can do at any time. Depending on how this plays out, I may or may not choose to continue with Noira being IC full time. Any changes regarding this will be recorded as they happen

Player is partial to coccooning/encasement, whether partial or complete; along with petrification, again either partial or complete.

Regarding Transformation: I find transformation fascinating from a spectator point of view. Go ahead and change yourself into whatever you want but I ask that you respect my character and not alter her fundamental physical nature. You may shrink her, you may grow her, you may make her younger or older, you can even turn her pink or blue or whatever color will amuse you. But you may not change her into some other species or object. I take a good deal of pride in creating my characters and don't appreciate people turning them into something they aren't. If you want to play with a little white rabbit, don't change my character into one, just go and find a little white rabbit to play with instead. If you're sitting on me, I expect it to be because you want to sit on an anthro-shark as opposed to a chair, couch, or cushion. You're cooperation and understanding in this regard is much appreciated.
