Naisa is from a small village in a deep valley far to the North, where few people dare to venture, due to the harsh weather in the area. this same weather keeps its people from leaving the valley, where conditions are survivable. they were isolated, with no contact with the outside world, until about 20 years ago. that was when one of the village elders found her on his front step, wrapped in a blanket. the next day, a village meeting was called, trying to discover the parents of the child, but no one had been with child that year, so they assumed she was from the outside world. with no one to claim her, the elder gave the girl to his daughter, who couldn't have children of her own, and called it a miracle.
over the years, the child, known as Naisa, grew older. she seemed to be a normal little girl when the adults were around, but when they turned their backs, she would torment her peers. it was always their word against hers, and because they all knew she wasnt from there, the adults always figured the other kids were picking on her and making up stories. eventually, though, as she became a teen, others noticed she had a few aggression issues, figuring she was frustrated with being an outsider. so they set her up to learn the ninja ways of their village, allowing her to channel her frustration into something productive. she learned the basics almost instantly, and quickly surpassed every one in her age group, so they promoted her to the adult group. it took her longer, but eventually she could take them all down, without even breaking a sweat. everyone was impressed... until she went bad
No one knows for sure what happened, or why she went bad, but one day when the elders went to check on the class she was teaching, they came upon a gruesome sight-the classroom was stained with blood, parts of her classmates were everywhere, and she was in the corner, soaked and stuffed. temptation had appeared to taken over her, and she opened a forbidden scroll, teaching her to separate her soul from her body, allowing her to do unspeakable things-she would go into a feeding frenzy. appauled, her village banished her, figuring the cold would kill her. but it didn't. she made it out of there, using the jutsu to pull her mind from her boody-she wouldnt need rest, or food, or water, until she put herself back in, which she did when they reached civilization. there, people helped her. she killed them all, then went on to find a foe worthy of her to fight. unable to find one, she made her way to the park, where she lies in wait for the perfect opponent.

Basics: she can scale walls and trees, become invisible, make clones of herself, perform substitutions, and just about everything else you think of from a ninja
Froze-Zone Jutsu: causes a large dome of ice to appear around her and her opponent, and it begins to snow within that dome, dropping the temperature to colds that almost noone can bare-cold she is used to.
Shrill Chill Jutsu: causes her body to become made of ice, can shoot her icy aura to freeze things.
Cold Heart Jutsu: the Jutsu she learned, the forbidden Jutsu. it makes her cruel and cold hearted, soulless. she becomes nothing but a killing machine
