A terrifying mutant canine-like creature from the planet Cholganna, The Nexu is 1 meter tall and 4 1/2 meters long including its whip-like tail. Its large gaping maw can tear its prey to shreds, and it can see in infrared. It hunts in small packs, and is very clever. It is a force to be reckoned with. A meeting with it will likely bode ill for you. A nexu can be tamed, but it takes a lot of work, and usually someone who does it for a living has a very short life expectancy. Once they are tamed, however, they are fiercely loyal to their trainers, and will protect them with their lives. They must be raised from pups, though.
