Neuro is a top level Demon in terms of power and absolutely evil... but nonetheless, he is mostly, arguably, probably, maybe, perhaps harmless(?) to most beings because they are his food source in a strange way... He will in fact, go out of his way to prevent deaths (in larger numbers).


Personality:



Neuro usually acts quite innocent and often puts on a sweet, slightly effeminate face. But he is definitely an incorrigibly evil, wretched and vicious sadist with absolutely no remorse. While he might not want you dead outright, that doesn't mean you're safe...


Powers:



Neuro is not a human, and has a true form of a horned, birdlike demon. As top class Demon, Neuro stands with the best of them - Energy conservation outside of the Demon World being his main Achilles heel. Though his physical feats are already accordingly high, he possesses "777 Tools of the Demon World", various abilities with many kinds of uses and the "7 Weapons of the Demon Lord", which are highly potent and devastating.


Relationship with Neuro



Because Neuro won't want to kill you outright, you can be his friend! And with friend I meant slave. And with slave I meant chew toy. And with chew toy I meant something-considered-lower-than-bacteria-that-will-suffer. He will poison your food, abandon you in life-and-death situations, prepare elaborate deathtraps for you, generally subject you to a lot of domestic violence and humiliate you in ways you never considered possible. While this can be interpreted in many ways ranging from maliciousness to a strange form of expressing his fondness, Neuro actually doesn't really care or even particularly notices you - he kind of does that passively to you, getting away just means he gets to play more "pranks" on you. But the truth is, despite Neuro not actually *having* anything close to compassion in his registry of emotions, there *is* a way you can touch Neuro's feelings positively. You'll probably have to know the series to grasp the whole extent of it... or try, but don't expect to get him in under 5 RPs.


Eating Habits/Vore:



Canonically, Neuro doesn't eat people but rather "Evil", which is born from beings with free will. But that's not all; he is a gourmet and actively seeks out "Mysteries", "Evil" that is complex in reasoning and execution - hence the series title "Demonic Detective Nougami Neuro". Considering this is a vore place however, you can choose to have him eat differently which isn't too hard.
