Officially, the man known as 'Nero Waters' does not exist. This is, in part, due to the fact that Nero Waters is not his name. Not his real name, anyway. But... It's the only name that the world knows him by. He's invisible. A ghost. Oftentimes he'll have been somewhere, extracted information, and left, without anyone even noticing. A master of disguise, deception, and extremely advanced technologies, he has enough blackmail material to hold the whole world in check, if he wanted to.
But, despite his prowess in the field, intelligence is not his primary line of work. No... He's the one that anyone from a power hungry, merciless dictator to a simple kidnapper should fear. He makes people... Disappear.
Sometimes because he was hired to do so, sometimes for his own reasons, the people that he targets are never seen, nor heard from again. Depending on the target, sometimes a body is found, a single expertly placed bullet buried into the back of their skull. Sometimes with a broken neck, or the cartilage of their nose driven up into their brain, a death delivered by a single palm strike. But more often than not, no body is found at all. They're just... Gone.
But, for the most part, he's off duty. Simply trying to live a normal life in between operations, working with a network of extremely close contacts, some of whom he even trusts enough to tell his real name. He's friendly enough, and he's not the sort who'll casually kill you if you get too close to the truth, so he's generally safe to interact with. Go on, say hello. He doesn't bite.
Unless you ask nicely.
Why no sliders? Because I believe that just filtering out everything you dislike in life is honestly bad. Interaction is necessary, come on and talk to me, ask me what I like. Don't just walk away because of a slider or two. I want to meet you folks! But... If you *must*, I'm the same player as, say. Pokenoms. There are sliders there.
