Species: Slurpuff (Yes, I know they're technically "cake" pokemon and not ice cream, and that they don't actually have a "chocolate" color, (if not shiny) but I don't care.)

Neopo is a ravenous little cake monster, his favorite treats being dragons. Dragons of any size and shape, from as small as Spyro to as big as Smuag, He doesn't care. He just loves to eat them. He's found that dragons aren't all spicy, as well; some are smokey in flavor, and others are even sweet. His favorite way to eat a dragon is tail-first; simply because every time he tried it, they just thought he was being cute, and by the time he'd swallowed down enough of the tail to be concerning, it was already too late to get him off.
Just because he likes dragons the most, though, doesn't make you safe just 'cause you're not a dragon; he'll eat anyone he'll come across without complaint! just be "cakeful" around him!
His digestive system consists of fluids that are like cherry syrup. His saliva is like it, and his digestive juices are like it, and will melt prey into more cherry syrup-like fluids. You could say he has a "cherry filling;" he sure likes to tease that prey will become some, after all!
Also, his cherry saliva makes all his food taste cherry-covered. You may think he'd get sick of this after a while, but he's actually gotten used to it.
Don't worry about running low on air while in his stomach; his spongy cake flesh is porous enough that being inside him is essentially the same as being outside... as far as breathing goes, at least.
His fur feels like shredded coconut,(the soft kind, like on Hostess Snoballs(Pic in case you don't know what they are)) but less flaky. The "cherry" on top of his head bobs around when he moves his head, especially when nodding. (of course)

His English isn't too good; he tends to miss articles as well as any words less than 3 letters long. However, he also substitutes words like "myself" for "I" or "me", and often uses "being" for "be". Also, sometimes, (though somewhat rarely) he actually does use articles and two letter words. This suggests that his bad English is intentional, for whatever reason.

After eating Echo_Ruby when she was rubber, he became rubber himself. His Fairy abilites allow him to swap forms whenever he pleases, though his stretching abilities only receive a minor upgrade in that form. His rubber form does, however, increase his "carrying capacity", as it were.

For some reason, Neopo sometimes appears with what seems to be a dollop of whipped cream on his head. However, this is actually his new girlfriend, Vanill, who likes to sleep there sometimes. She's an Alcremie, (Vanilla Star) and can change size simply by wanting to. She often uses it to absorb folks bigger than her current size, though she also does it when she wants to walk near Neopo or such. She speaks perfect English, and Neopo's broken English is what turned her on to him; she thinks it's kinda funny. She calls him her "little cavemon wannabe" (Or sometimes just "Cavey"), which he actually likes. He calls her his "Little Dollop", which she LOVES.(Sometimes to the point of Squee'ing.) Vanill's appetite is just as big as Neopo's. (if you care, she's level 75... and 32 years old.)
To dissuade someone from trying to eat Neopo or herself, Vanill can shoot cream from her front paws as if it were whipped cream out of a spraycan; and she can produce quite a lot of it!
