Neo Politan is an 18-year-old wizard who excels in all magic relating to ice cream, and hopes to master all dessert magic someday. Why did he choose such an unorthodox magic mastery? Well, he likes ice cream, of course. With such a skill, he could also open up his own ice cream parlor, the Blizzard Buffet, and make a huge profit. But, there another, slightly more...perverted reason. You see, he has a... stuffing fetish. Nothing excites him more than seeing his victi- er, customers, exiting his shop with largely-swollen bellies, especially if he gets to feel them before they depart. In order to make sure each of his customers get to eat beyond their fill, he offers an all-you-can-eat special for free, in addition to the not-very-expensive Single, Double, and Triple scoops. He mainly adores young customers around his age or younger, or a few years older, but not too old. He especially likes children, which probably just serves to make him even creepier.
Neo's shop, the Blizzard Buffet, also has magical properties. He can make it appear and disappear wherever and whenever he needs to. He has to stay mobile to reach more potential customers! It's prices are fair and affordable to many:
