Town_Of_DearinTuliona is an oddball. She tends to wander the town when not working at the cafe with her friend
Neko_Luian yet her eyes always seem to spot the newcomers. And catch her curiosity. Three things could go from there. one? Tuli is interested to learn of what you have to offer in the town. Two? Shes hungry, and decided to pick something off the road, or three. She’s just being a bored neko in search for something to do. She is quite simple. Yet can be smart when she needs to be. Often always sporting a calm nature even on the face of a threat. Tuliona (or Tuli) is simply part of the working community who has a lot of time on her hands.
