Eliza
Neko's generally are not that dangerous but they are still technically monsterous creatures. While many integrate into society others don't escape their predator instincts. Eliza is one of these and while weaker than a human but faster she is a tricky character as are most Neko's and with a weapon she can be dangerous.
Powers: Fast but Fraile
Personality: Eliza likes to stalk her prey preferring to avoid straight up conflict wherever possible intending to bring prey down with a single strike. If she can she does play with her food however.
(In groups Neko's can be dangerous but not much more than humans)
