A Leafeon Gijinka and the twin sister of Koorikun (or at least was the twin), both were created in the same tragic way, but she has managed to rise above it despite being the younger sister. She has long honeysuckle blond hair with light green highlights that reaches down her back and her eyes are a warm walnut brown. She has two yellow and green ears that appear to be leaves and a tail that is the same fashion. She can usually be seen in either a flowery kimono or a bright sundress and a hat.
She is outspoken and outgoing, loving to be the center of attention. She is protective of those she cares about, especially her sister. After the two escaped from the Team Plasma laboratory, they made it to this place. It is nice enough, except for the predators, but i the case of Neicha, if she is eaten, she can fire off a powerful poison powder attack inside of the creatures stomach along with various other means of escape. To eat Neicha is to tempt fate.
As a Leafeon, she has numerous abilities associated with grass type pokemon, even able to use the attack Frenzy Plant after her experimentation. She can animate plants, living or dead, and make them obey her will. She will talk to anyone about anything as long as they don't bring up her past, her trainer, or try to make her their own pokemon. She is too much of a free spirit to be locked away in a pokeball.
She has discovered though a special use of the move Synthesis, she can create breast milk, but she has yet to utilize this ability. If she over uses her key powers, she will lose control and revert to a feral anthropomorphic state in which the truth in her history as a weapon is revealed. Unlike her sister, she will discard her outfit upon transformation, not wishing to harm it. In this state her Leaf Blades are particularly deadly.
