Background Information
Homo Lentesco, the new breed.
Somethings are never linked into the grand, cosmological picture that the authors of the universe hope to constantly weave; there is always an element of randomness and unforseen variables. What matters more is what you do with these changes that define who you are and how everything plays out.
A young girl was born in the north west of England one day to a pair of loving parents. Born at a normal, average weight everything seemed quite well. She would cry out to be fed quite often though this wasn't such an issue to a pair of new parents. She was born with red hair but it changed darker over time, going into a wonderful brown hair. What worried the pair was when they woke up and realised their daughter had blonde hair as they went to feed her one night.
They took her to the doctors to see what could possibly have done such a trivial change. After a few mundane tests the GP couldn't see anything wrong and went to check her details. Apparently, her eye colour had also changed from brown to green though everything else was the same. They took several samples from the young child, sent the parents home and sent them off to be screened.
A few weeks later, a knock on the door came. Government officials wished to speak with them to inform them that their child had an incredibly rare genetic disorder. The information on it was so obscure and limited that they requested that every so often, they'd come to meet up with the growing girl and talk with her, as well as see how her life changed as well as any biological changes. They assured them that she'd never be taken away, experimented on or caused any harm, nor would any of this confidential information be spread around.
They accepted and true to their word, the government did nothing in detrement to the girl's life. Much the opposite, as they helped her understand what she was. The girl had the ability to alter her genetic makeup on a cellular level. The government helped her to refine and control this ability, as well as offered her a few small jobs doing [REDACTED].
Either way, she's potentially the only government-studied person that doesn't have an incredibly traumatic past or had the government experiment horribly on her. That could be considered a blessing.
The Flesh Ascendant; Basic profile
Nerrem is a human shapeshifter but with a sufficiently different genetic structure that she is technically an evolved human. Homo Lentesco, Flexible Man, has an unusual DNA sequence that apparently has no known function. The body however can biosynthesise an incredibly array of hormones that have one base structure with many changes; to force the cells of the body to alter themselves at a rapid rate. In theory, the body can adapt to any situation as long as the person can will the changes.
This just really means she's a shapeshifter.
Nerrim has grown up with an odd perspective on life. Able to change how she looks with enough energy, she's experienced life in both genders (and inbetween), every colour of hair (with no need to dye it), different skintones, races. It's left her a bit shaken sometimes on who she really is, so she makes her best attempts to stick to a base 'form'. She can seem quite wise beyond her years sometimes when it comes to body issues, though she makes no attempt to lie about how truly little she understands sometimes.
She's an intelligent 20 something year old who likes to change her body in either mundane or bizarre ways. She has yet to learn many things but she has a mixed feeling of eagerness and apprehension about discovering the extent of who she really is.
Vital stats:
Name: Neffem Sheen
Age: Looks and acts in her early twenties
Height: 5'6"
Weight: Fluctuates around 11 stone
Gender: Female
Appearance:
It's hard to pin down your appearance when you can change it easily. Her base form and the one she usually dons most of the time is that of a young woman with short, dark red hair that normally looks died on anybody else. Her eyes are a vibrant brown and her face is quite smooth and young, with noticable dimples when she smiles.
As for her body, she tends to have a fairly ample bust, though for cup sizes she can never really pin it down. They're not quite as large as her head but she doesn't seem to mind how big or small they get, as they're mostly for viewers pleasure. Her body isn't skinny either, being a little 'thick' to not let her body seem out of place. She's not chubby or plump mind you, due to her very high rates of metabolism. She does tend to make her waist smaller than her hips though.
She tends to wear quite neutral clothes, a habit of not trying to stand out. For normal days, she'll wear a simple white top that shows off her midsection, a pair of skinny jeans and some normal ballerina flats. A few bracelets and rings on her wrists, as well as a pair of studded earrings.
Vore:
The energy and protein for cells to change shape doesn't come easily. She's always been a heavy eater but in order to fuel her shapeshifting, she's learned to consume others. In a place such as the park there is less guilt about it. She can't deny that it sometimes feels good to be that stuffed, though that's mostly because she packs some extra nerves into her stomach for good measure.
She's only human. In theory, she could increase her muscle mass and spawn all sorts of bizarre body parts to help her consume people but realistically, she still needs the fuel to do that. She can be eaten as readily as any human and due to the nature of the park, she tends to come back anyway.
Consuming others isn't an easy process. She has to make her body incredibly elastic. She'll generally aim for willing meals or ones she can subdue easily (she doesn't flaunt the fact that she can mimic a snake's muscle-paralysing venom, but it's not hardly a hidden fact either) and starts to take them inside. She has to make her stomach stretchy enough to take them but tough enough not to be damaged or bruised badly. Once they're inside the stomach (which has to have much stronger muscles to churn the increased meal) she tends to coat the insides with a layer of mucus that helps to soften blows and damped any scratches.
If she's eaten, she'll make no strenuous attempts to exit, though the experience isn't pleasant. Part of her considers it flagellation in a way, repentance for what she does to others.
