Nee-Dra is descended from a creature called a Rakshasa: A daemon lineage of tiger-like cats from another plane of existence.
Basically, her mother was a Half-Draenei Warlock who made a pact with a Rakshasa Daemon while exploring the outer-planes.
Mysteriously, this pact ended up with her mother conceiving them years later.

Before mutating, she looked like almost a regular Draenei sans the tiger stripes and different complexion.
But because of her mother's pact with her Patron and how she explored the outer-planes, her body corrupted with taint which she passed down to them.
Nee-Dra inherited cat-like features from the Rakshasa Daemon and a corrupted version of a Rakshasa's inherent shapeshifting abilities.
She tends to look like a cat with hooves, antlers, but also with black and yellow eyes and a tiger-like face. Her tail also has a claw too.
