In a place was large as an ocean, there does tend to be a lot of room to move around. So much, in fact, that it isn't entirely impossible for someone living there to go their entire life with very little company. This is Navy's story.
Having been alone most of his life, the shark, understandably, has rather limited social skills, his grasp on English tenuous at best, picked up from the odd person, who would wander near his home... and likely flee rather quickly after learning of a shark living there. The creatures that didn't manage to flee tended to simply be small fish and the like, feral creatures to make up a shark's diet, the male anthro being a bit too focused on obtaining company to try and devour someone right-off.
However, after quite a while of this, he finally made up his mind; to leave his quiet, yet relatively safe and peaceful home, in favour of exploring the world, swimming through the ocean to eventually find land. One can only wonder if a powerful predator species could actually succeed in the goal of finding company, the male, naturally, particularly interested in females of his own species.
Physically, he's rather durable and powerful, years of living in the high-pressure environment of deep ocean have naturally trained both his muscles and skin, the shark swift, strong, and tough, though somewhat small compared to many sharks, standing at 5"8. His frame, slender, coupled with his strength, does make him rather swift and agile, though, of course, he can certainly be beaten. He does tend to walk around mostly naked, beyond something to cover up his his groin, the shark at least understanding the concept of public indecency, and why it is frowned upon.
As for his personality, he isn't as much of a predator as one might expect a shark to be. While certainly capable, he tends to focus more on meeting people than eating people - besides, there's plenty of fish around! While somewhat oblivious to certain social etiquette, he is friendly enough, years of isolation having made him rather company-starved... though he certainly does understand the concept of survival of the fittest, and will fight back against an aggressor.
